I love my workouts with coach Jhes! She is motivating and encouraging, while still pushing me to give my best every time. I also enjoy how engaged she is with remote coaching and find the workouts at home interesting and challenging too. The whole team at 2110 is so friendly and the gym has great equipment and is super clean. I really enjoy my workouts there and the results I am seeing.

I joined the summer shred program with Cory and booked an in person session with Cory as well. I am beyond happy with the service I have received and continue to receive. Cory is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He gave me different options to modify particular exercises to accommodate my hip injury and they helped tremendously! Definitely will be booking more sessions with Cory!

My wife Patricia and I were looing for a gym and personal training to help us get back in shape, now that we're retired. Age & Covid has some negative effects. We stumbled across 2110, a facility close to where we live which made it easy for us to commit. Corey is our trainer and he's absolutely fantastic. Stu and Jess are super friendly as well. These guys know their stuff. Corey is bringing us along perfectly and after a month we are already noting some significant improvements in mobility, flexibility and strength. They have lots of equipment that we're gradually working through. They conducted an initial assessment to ascertain body fat, etc. (not pretty), but every week we go, we're seeing improvement and are continuing our journey. After all, we really want to enjoy a nice long and happy retirement! Thanks guys. You're really great at what you do!

Great experience so far with Cory and 2110 Fitness! First time I've legitimately enjoyed coming to a Gym. The changing regimen Cory has me on, both in person and with remote coaching is keeping me engaged and coming back, and keeping me healthy and injury free along the way. Looking forward to the short and long term results!

I’ve been working with Jhes since September doing a combo of in-person and virtual coaching and I’m so thrilled. The workouts she designs for me are amazing! Her expertise has helped me strengthen my back and overcome an old injury. It’s wonderful knowing that every time I open the app, I have a workout tailored to my goals with instructions, videos and check-ins from Jhes. I’m achieving way more than I ever did on my own.

Jhesica is an angel walking on earth. She has been so patient, supportive and encouraging of my new workout regimen. She gives excellent instruction on technique and is so generous with helping me with my lack of coordination and understanding. 2110 Fitness has been the best experience! As an endurance athlete it can be difficult to find a strength coach who truly understands the physiology and dynamics of the body as well as the importance of individualized training plans. Stu is extremely knowledgeable and has made strength training fun, achievable, and his results speak for themselves! He caters to your personal goals, making sure that you’re training safely, while pushing your limits. Highly recommend!
