Fire N Ice Bar & Sheesha Lounge

I visited this lounge in the fall, but my experience remains clear in my memory. The atmosphere is beautiful, and the music is great—perfect for dancing and enjoying time with friends. The shisha flavors were pretty good as well, and the overall vibe was definitely on point. However, the experience was let down by the service and food. Despite it being a slow night, some of the staff was inattentive and not very welcoming. We weren’t there for long because we had to move tables to make room for another group. The server rushed us, insisting that we pay before relocating, which felt odd. That interaction put a damper on the night, and I no longer felt like staying. When I went to pay, the ATM upstairs wasn’t working, and their card machines were also down. In today’s world, most people don’t carry over $200 in cash. They did have another ATM downstairs, but since everyone was facing the same issue, there was a line. Strangely, our server was impatient and kept checking if we had the money, despite knowing the payment situation. The way she handled it made the situation uncomfortable. We had ordered multiple shishas, food, and drinks, so the bill was a few hundred dollars. Unfortunately, the food was disappointing—lacking flavor and definitely not worth the price. If they improve their service and food quality, this place could easily be a top place again. Unfortunately, didn’t get the chance to take a picture of our drinks or food. But the drinks were made well.

We were charged full price at happy hour, and were only reimbursed when we asked. My partner also asked if our drinks were included in happy hour prices which the waitress told us they would be.. ended up paying $30+ for 4 shots. Multiple staff members also cornered and intimidated my partner claiming he was doing drugs due to few bathroom trips, and actually kicked us out over this rash assumption. Abysmal staff performance, and complete incompetence. Plus DEAD inside

Phenomenal Experience - Ask for Marissa! My visit to Fire and Ice was nothing short of amazing, and a huge part of that was thanks to our incredible server, Marissa. From the moment we sat down, she made us feel like VIPs. Her energy, professionalism, and genuine warmth turned a great meal into an unforgettable experience. Marissa was not only attentive but also went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. She anticipated our needs before we even had to ask, offered fantastic recommendations, and made us feel so welcome. Her knowledge of the menu was impressive, and she had the perfect balance of being attentive without ever feeling intrusive. Of course, the food and atmosphere at Fire and Ice were top-tier-the flavors were bold, fresh, and perfectly executed. But what truly set this visit apart was the service. Marissa's kindness, enthusiasm, and dedication to making guests feel special are rare to find. If you're planning to dine here, do yourself a favor and ask for Marissa. She turns a great meal into an exceptional experience. 10/10 - Can't wait to come back!

Fire and Ice offers a fantastic atmosphere with its captivating music and lighting. The service is exceptional, and their menu boasts a wide variety of food and drinks. The food is top-notch, and the drinks are generous. Over the past few years, the establishment has expanded, now featuring three tiers dedicated to sheesha, drinks, and food. The server I had last night was outstanding, although I regret not asking for her name. She provided excellent recommendations for food. Weekends tend to be busy with long queues, so I suggest arriving early or making a reservation. It's my preferred destination for dressing up and enjoying a night out with friends.

Great atmosphere and great service from Marissa. Marissa made sure my table with my friends and I were well catered to all night. It didn’t matter what we needed, she was there and ready to help with a smile that made the whole experience more enjoyable. The music was great as always.We will certainly be coming back.

Its a 10-10 with these guys. Service, ambience and vibes are all worth the price. The manager S****j is amazing and always goes the extra mile.

I had a great time at Fire & Ice with my friends! I came to Calgary for a wedding & we decided to have a fun night out. Once we arrived I was seated with Marissa who did an Exceptional job at keeping up with our orders & requests. She kept a smile on her face & had great communication skills. I will definitely keep this on my list when I arrive to Calgary next!
