Bugaboo Landscaping has been servicing our property for a little over 3 years now. They provide really courteous treatment, every time we have to contact their office things run smoothly and efficiently. The field crew that services our property is also extremely professional and well-trained. We have not had issues, specially during the winter, when they make everything necessary to service our site on time and make the necessary arrangements. We can definitely recommend them based on our experience so far! An outstanding company with customer-centric values.

I really think you need to be more considerate of the condo/apartment complexes you take care of. I get that it may seem like a nice place to get work done daily when other contracts are slow or something, but for the love of god...WHY do you near DAILY use leaf blowers or other loud lawn tools to do what seems to be dust parking lots? I work from home and I know I have other neighbors who are home during the day. Wild I know, you seem to assume that you can just be loud for hours in the day. I have to have all my windows closed...and that sucks especially with the weather improving. I've also read city bylaws...you're not permitted to cause noise exceeding 65 decibels (dBA) measured over a one (1) hour period during the day-time. Which I guarantee you do. There HAS to be quieter more residential friendly methods. Or at least a way to do it once every two weeks or so unless we have a storm or something. The grass isn't growing that fast, the debris isn't building up that much. If you've got to many guys to do useful work that is not my problem. Seems the use of excessive noise is a trend with this company. And I've seen the responses "We wish there was a quieter tool" rakes? shovels? You do not need to do every little task with power tools. I've sat through years of disruptive noise from you working at the neighboring property and finally snapped. Perhaps you're more suited to commercial landscaping since you have little to no consideration for residential and the fact this is people's homes. P.S. two hours and counting of tools that exceed the noise bylaws, even during the day.

We moved into a new rental home, whose garden was COMPLETELY overgrown. There were also trees growing up between patio tiles and near the home's foundation. Bugaboo completely restored the garden (see attached before and after photos) and removed the bothersome twigs. We're very happy with Bugaboo's service and the great work they did on our lawn. Would definitely use again!.

I'd give 0 stars if I could. Starting leaf blowing for 1 centimetre of snow before 6am is obnoxious and unnecessary but also violates local bylaws. If you want to start that early, why not use shovels? Having a leaf blower running for 45 minutes at such an early hour is unreasonable. Hopefully Bugaboo can figure it out in 2025 and use shovels or start later in the morning to accommodate neighbours and the City of Calgary bylaws. I went outside to speak to the guy after 30 minutes, he did not seem to care and just shifted the blame on the condo management. Based on other reviews I've read, seems like it was a brush off and this is a common response. Very disappointing. On top of all of this, their snow clearing is not even good. Spots missed very often.

The crew came by and were totally obnoxious and noisy beyond belief, my dog gets set off really easily because he’s a retired service dog. The poor guy was shaking due to the noise. I went outside and it was like didn’t give a flying hoot. 1/5 stars
