I had the pleasure of meeting Leeann today, The assistant manager, she literally saved my life ! Haha . Her customer service skills are beyond amazing. Her care , her class , her smile . She just made my day. She was so helpful. She was the only person that could help me and she did . She stayed late helping me and was just so kind . I felt valued and my story mattered to Leeann. It was a great interaction, thank you !

I had a fantastic experience with Maple Leaf Storage! The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always willing to answer any questions. The facilities were exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and felt very secure. I really appreciated how easy it was to access my unit, and the overall environment was organized and inviting. Highly recommend Maple Leaf Storage for anyone looking for reliable storage with great service!

Maple Leaf is one of the best and most secure storage places I've used. Especially this location. The people are very friendly and helpful. Whenever I was there with Cindy Wice, it was lovely. She's helpful, kind and a great person to crack jokes with. Even though my unit contract is done, I kind of want to keep going back to hang out with her. Over all, excellent place. Would use again.
(Fyi though if people are looking, your rate does go up each year, which I'm pretty sure says in the contract, but just wanted to give a heads up in case you were unaware or looking for long term storage). Still worth it, regardless

I had an awesome experience finding a storage unit that fit my needs with help from Cindy. She gave a quick response after my initial inquiry, very friendly and knowledgeable.
She answered all the questions I had during the tour of the building, showing the different size units and explaining how the locks and security sign in/out works.
The facility is top notch, clean and a great location.
10/10 would recommend.

I’ve had a great experience with Maple Leaf Storage! The facility is super clean, well-maintained, and feels very secure. From the moment I walked in, I felt confident storing my belongings here. Big shoutout to Cindy—she was incredibly helpful, friendly, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend if you’re looking for reliable storage!

I had a great experience at this facility! Everything was smooth sailing on move-in day; we were able to access the bay doors, elevators and the storage unit just fine and we completed the move in an hour. I feel comfortable and secure storing my items in this facility ✨

Maple Leaf Storage is the only storage facility I trust. They have very secure buildings and facility. You have to put your passcode in at each gate and elevator. Cindy and Cathy have been such a great help and always so friendly and a pleasure to deal with! Don't trust your stuff to anyone else!
