Great experience working with Reliance. our sales rep was Dan Anderson, came at the requested time and covered everything very thoroughly, and answered all of our questions, and gave us all the offered options to choose from. Installation was booked for the following day. Everything went seamlessly and works great. Would highly recommend Dan and his team - very professional, efficient and a very tidy install done by the installation team! 🙂

Mikhail M. did an outstanding job repairing our external AC unit. He was courteous right from the beginning, introducing himself and shaking hands. He was able to quickly identify the issue with the capacitor, made a recommendation for a fix, quoted the price and had the part available in his van. Tested and confirmed it was in good working order. It was all done in about half an hour. Very happy with this service.

We recently got tankless water heater and water softener installed. Installer technicians Noel and Marlon are punctual, they went above and beyond with the work they did for us, quality work, clean up after themselves and no mess left. Couldn’t be happier! Jatinder is a fantastic sales rep, checked on us a few times to make sure everything is done properly. Spoke to him Saturday, work is done by Monday.Did exactly what he promised us! We had warm shower by the end of Monday. Highly recommended. Thank you so much Noel,Marlon and Jatinder!

Everything was installed professionally. Mike and his colleague were both knowledgeable and took the time to clean up the space after the installation. They walked me through the thermostat setup and tested both the furnace and AC unit thoroughly. Since it’s a brand-new install, I’m confident everything will run smoothly—and with Reliance covering me 100% for the next seven years, I have peace of mind. A big thank you to Andrei from the sales team as well—he provided competitive pricing and even extended the promotional offer by a couple of extra months. Overall, it was a wonderful experience from start to finish.

My experience with Reliance in Calgary has been excellent. Dmitri, the sales representative, was very knowledgeable, helpful, and responsive. Everything from initial appointment to electrical assessment, paperwork with my condo board, to installation was very swift and efficient. Very transparent as well. The installers were very professional and work oriented. Would recommend to anyone looking to source and install an A/C on their property!

I finally decided to bite the bullet and get a water softener, A/C, and RO added to my new home. The whole process took two visits. The first day contractors came to install the A/C unit. I was given a window of time which I mistakenly thought would be the time they were working between. (8-12) Of course the contractors showed up literally at the last minute. I had to reach out to my sales rep (Samim who has been wonderful btw) to find out when the contractors were actually arriving. The contractors called me at 1030 and said they would arrive at 11:30. Then they called at 11:30 and said they were arriving at noon. They finally arrived and got to work. The entire job took 6 hours. I understand it wasnt a quick job but the communication about when they would be starting from my sales rep and when they actually started was unclear. That was by far the most frustrating part. The contractors were nice but english was hard for them so communication between us was a bit challenging which made my experience a little more difficult. I wasn’t understanding what was happening or the progress of the whole evolution. After expressing my frustration with the miscommunication to Samim, he ensured the next one would run smoother. A couple days later, contractors arrived to set up the water softener and RO. (Side note-Samim also gave that extra special attention and noticed my kitchen faucet was being changed to black so he made sure my RO faucet matched!!) The whole process of the second day install was much more pleasant and I fully understood what was happening. All in all even though I was skeptical about signing up with Reliance, Im super happy to have this set up and I can have peace of mind and not worry about any maintenance. Having Reliance install my A/C also ensures I do not void my furnace warranty by having the annual maintenance done on it. Thank you Samim for your patience and understanding with my questions and frustrations. Having you to reach out to was definitely a big help. I appreciate the work the contractors did. They installed everything seamlessly and cleaned up after they left. Very excited to enjoy that RO and get rid of that old Brita in my fridge!
