Excellent service on an Air Conditioner job, awesome customer service from estimate to install. Clinton the installer was professional, friendly but most importantly he was thorough, experienced and knew what he was doing. Other companies who quoted tried to sell us upgraded furnaces and made excuses for how difficult the job was, but Arpi’s found a solution and came in at their quoted price. We will definitely use them again.

I believe I just met the savant of furnaces: Jae Hyun Kim. I have never been more impressed by a technician’s commitment to detail and thoroughness. I have been intermittent issues with furnace after getting inducer motor replaced last fall. The company that installed it said I just need to replace the furnace. Jae Hyun did an extremely thorough investigation and pointed out that not only did I not need a new furnace, but the inducer motor wasn’t installed properly. The other company man said there was rust near the heat exchanger and that it was too much of a pain to inspect it, so he was confident that I should get it replaced. Gave me a quote for $7200 furnace and walked away. Jae Hyun just drilled a couple of holes quickly , pulled out his nifty camera, and clearly confirm that the HE was totally fine. Looked like the day they installed it. He said that the low pressure switch was out of spec slightly but in no way did he pressure me to get it replaced. I had to pressure him to give me a quote, just in case I wanted to replace that part in the future! All in all, super impressed with the professionalism, thoroughness and attention to detail. It’s not often I get impressed by hvac work, but I was extremely impressed and pleased. He also became friends with my cat. Would highly recommend them over the other company that begins with Mr.

I can’t say enough about the customer service I received from Arpi’s. We had both an AC and furnace installed and from the beginning we got exceptional service. From the updates on our service date to the day of install with a message of when they will be here. Goes a long way and leaves the guess work out of it. Then on the install day they were very professional and explained everything from start to finish. I highly recommend this company!

Last week Arpi's came to perform annual furnace and water heater service. The technician, Jae Hyun Kim arrived on time and started on the servicing promptly. He was very thorough and professional and after he was finished he took the time to show me what he had done and even showed me how I can change the humidity setting of the furnace from the thermostat. His high level of skill and knowledge was evident. Excellent service.

We had our annual air conditioning service completed by Leon, and he did a thorough and excellent job. Vanessa came to fix a humidifier leak and was professional, detailed in her explanations and overall very understanding and considerate. We really appreciate Arpis and their dedication to quality service.

Purchased a hot water tank from Costco but the work was done by Arpi's. Arpi's was very quick to respond, they were able to schedule an appointment in a timely manner. They had great communication and reminders about the appointment. Chris and Igor showed up within the time allocated and provided, quick, friendly, and professional service. I have peace of mind that the job was done right and no short cuts were taken. Pricing was competitive. Thanks Arpi's, will use again!

Adam McLong was just at our place and did an amazing inspection on our furnace and air conditioner, and replaced parts. He instructed us on our thermostat and smoke/carbon monoxide detector. He spent a lot of time here and did such a thorough job. We will ask for Adam every time! We also got a very detailed report so we thank everyone for that as well. And Adam was great with our pets!
