I’m giving 2 stars because tech forgot to reconnect the humidifier back up. I went away for a week came back & my hardwood floors are creaking so went to furnace area & that’s when I saw humidifier disconnected. I shouldn’t have to snoop around & check techs work to ensure it’s been done properly, otherwise I was happy with the work tech did on furnace, he was very polite & informative.
