Bow Cycle has slowly but surely become my second home — and I’m not even mad about it. I’ve bought multiple bikes here over the years (yes, multiple — don’t judge me), and every experience has been awesome. The staff actually know what they’re talking about, whether I’m asking about the latest drivetrain or pretending I know how to pronounce "derailleur." Service is always fast, thorough, and they treat my bikes like they’re made of gold. Respect. I also pick up parts, gear, and clothing here — they’ve got a great selection that makes it way too easy to "accidentally" buy another pair of riding shorts. And now my kids are in on it too. They’ve gotten their bikes and helmets here, and the team made them feel like tiny Tour de France pros. If you’re into cycling in Calgary, Bow Cycle is pretty much a one-stop shop. Great people, great service, and a dangerous place to enter if you weren’t planning to spend money. 10/10 would recommend (and probably will again next week when I’m back for just one more thing).

Just picked up a Specialized Diverge and couldn’t be happier with the experience! Logan was amazing – super knowledgeable, patient, and never pushy. He took the time to answer all my questions and let me test ride several bikes so I could really find the right fit. Great service from start to finish. Highly recommend this shop if you’re looking for a bike and a no-pressure experience.

Ryan Mountain was amazing! And the staff that helped me pick my new bike. Bought a new bike for 40th and even thought I’ve been cycling my entire life - this was my first professional fitting and it has and is going to change my life. They book a solid hour and go through all your muscles and muscles pertaining to cycling and make sure you are properly balanced. Everything you thought you knew about riding a bike is not what you think…. Come check out this locally owned business and don’t wait to get fitted - properly!!

‍♀️ A BIG shoutout to Bow Cycle in Calgary for going above and beyond to help me finally get an adaptive bike! Finding an adaptive bike in Ontario was not easy. I called multiple stores, searched countless options, and kept hitting roadblocks. Most places only offered the Fatwheels (stabilizing wheels), which still required finding a compatible bike and arranging a custom installation. It was a frustrating and time-consuming process — and I was starting to lose hope. Then I discovered Bow Cycle in Calgary. Not only did they have the perfect bike, but they also made the shipping and handling process smooth and stress-free. Their team was patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly kind. And to top it off, they added a personal touch — bright orange grips that remind me: Why fit in when you were born to stand out? This journey has reminded me how important accessibility and inclusivity are — and how powerful it is when businesses step up to support it. I love the vibe at Bow Cycle sports. The staff like Harry are always super helpful and their selection is off the charts when it comes to bikes. Everything you need from your kids bikes to one for somebody older or your electric scooter style bike. They’ve got you covered. They even have rentals for you to take out for the day or for the week as well as all the accessories for your biking needs at affordable price with high-quality products. I Highly recommend. especially after I needed some added adjustment and I met Joel one of the owners who went above and beyond even helping me to secure my spare air pump to my bike at no extra charge! We received excellent customer service from both management and the service department. We encountered a minor issue with a maintenance service on one of our bikes, but it was handled quickly and with great care. The staff was professional, responsive, and truly went the extra mile to make things right. We’ll definitely be returning to this location!

There are many ( Great ) experiences I've had at BOW CYCLE, let me start this one by telling of my AWESOME one with Derek Scovell, who always has a SMILE and Greets me with the passion and excitement that I have had since purchasing my Specialized Creo 2 COMP Carbon bike. From the day I rode over and looked up and said, YES, help me take a look at this bike I am interested in. Derek listened to what was important to me and the components I wanted to know I could upgrade to and include with my purchase. He has been there in my corner constantly tending to my needs, to make this experience ONE that I will always Remember as being the WAY it should be, He feels my Excitement and shares the JOY of THE BIKE and Biking! Wish my car salesman felt the same..... for him it was just another sale... Derek on the other hand made me feel that I made the BEST PURCHASE of my life.... I continue to hound him for minor adjustments and LOOK forward to my Complimentary BIKE FIT with RYAN who I've had many great conversation with about riding techniques and how the fit will make my 75 km and more rides, a thing to look forward to ALWAYS.... Sorry this is long, but I cannot say it enough... I AM SO GLAD that I CHOSE BOW CYCLE and that Derek is my man when I need things looked at till it's PERFECT...which will be soon... more to come....
