Great shop, super friendly and stand by their work. We had a rack & pinion replaced in February 2025 and it started leaking after only a few months. They got a new one installed in just a few days and didn't give us any trouble or any back/forth. Made the warranty process seamless on our end. Things break but nice to know these guys standby their service. Appreciate all the help Dylan!

Mount Pleasant Auto is awesome, I have taken multiple vehicles there. The prices were better than the dealership in most cases and they had me in the next day. Even with some significant work needed. I had some other issues come up after maintenance and they helped me the same day with diagnosis and had parts there the following morning. They even cut me a break on labor. Great customer service, David is nice and calls back, emails back quickly. Highly recommend.

From the first phone call to set up an appointment, through the service and up to the point of picking up the vehicle, there was a warmth to the staff that is rare. I had my front sway bar replaced, the quote was considerably cheaper than another quote I got. I dropped my car off at 8:00 and it was ready for pick up that same day. And I even had a few laughs with them about Shawshank Redemption - so that's a bonus! I highly recommend this place: great workmanship, great customer service and honesty in pricing.

I really wanted to like this business as they are close to home and very convenient but they leave a lot to be desired. I have been in the shop on 4 separate occasions and each time I have left more disappointed than the last. They severely lack customer service skills and couldn't care less if the customer is in a bind. They certainly don't have a problem turning a customer away nor do they show any empathy whatsoever. I was turned away for the last time. I ended up at OK Tire on Northmount Dr. and they had me on my way in 10 minutes...free of charge! Customer service is not all lost I suppose. Guess where I'm going next time? By the way, nice try on the on the reply and justification. What I came in for didn't require a hoist. That's why I was shocked once again that no one could help me. And yes, I certainly can appreciate the logistical issues which is why I tried to book an appointment, only to be told you would need my vehicle for 4 hours. 4 hours to mount a tire to a rim that was already off the vehicle and didn't need to be put back on...I was going to do that part myself. When I explained that it was a work vehicle the reply I received was "yeah sorry". I even asked for the first appointment of the day, last appointment of the day so I didn't have to lose a day of work. No dice. When I pushed back on the 4 hour window it went down to 3 hours with a take it or leave it attitude thrown in with it. There is absolutely no justification for that. It's funny that you talk about your google reviews. I mentioned my story to my neighbour and he shared his negative experience also. He brought his truck in with starting issues. You guys put Sea Foam or a similar additive, charged him $300 and sent him on his way. A week later he had to spend an additional $300 at the GMC dealership to have it fixed properly. It's these kind of reviews that you should pay attention to. They speak volumes. You're located two blocks from my house, I wanted to use your services if anything because of the convenience. Unfortunately, I most definitely will not be back. I'm glad that other customers had pleasant experiences with your services and I wish you continued success. My 4 separate experiences were deeply disappointing and that's what I have to go by. I'll bring my vehicles to the place that bent over backwards to accommodate me rather than repeatedly turn me away.

Did my oil change here. I found my drain bolt was somewhat loose. And oil cap was not installed back on. I found it wedged between steering column joints below. Generally pretty honest place I’ve always gone to, so not giving it 1 star. Maybe they got a new kid to do the simple oil change?

Found these guys when driving by suddenly with a flat tire. Told them I needed to get it back to my dealer. They quickly put on the spare and had me on my way in less than 15 minutes. This was incredibly service, Guys were so friendly, no charge just give us a good review. Thanks guys you are the best, would give you a 10 if I could.

Honest people and did amazing job inspecting my car and aligning front and back wheel of my car. I highly recommend talking to Dylan and David!! 11/10 would come back again if there’s any new problems with my vehicle.
