Called them when my car broke down. They told me they were very busy but would get to looking at my car as soon as they could. They called me on the second day after I had it towed to their shop and confirmed it was my starter. Said they could fix it Monday (this was on Thursday). Early Monday they called and said it was done and the price was what had been quoted. Harold and Kevin provided clear communication and were very professional. I have been looking for a reliable

Quick and efficient! Finding a good mechanic nowadays is hard. I called in at noon and they had my vehicle diagnosed within a couple hours and then was fixed in a day. Reasonable prices too. Would definitely recommend.

Once again Glen Meadows has done an excellent job of servicing our 2003 Lancer. Two years ago they did an extensive "renovation" of the car, and it was like driving a new vehicle. The latest service was to replace the ignition cylinder and switch. The work took less than three hours and the price was very reasonable. Also, Kevin went beyond all expectations to provide transportation home when my ride didn't show up. Highly recommended!

Always a pleasure to deal with. I was also given a significant discount on my invoice as further problems came to light after I had okayed other work on my vehicle. Rather than call me with more bad news, Glen Meadows did the work at no charge to me. Wonderful service and wonderful people.

Had another leak repaired along with an oil change. Like my previous visits to Glen Meadows, it was a great experience. Work was completed faster than anticipated, was treated like a valued customer, given a courtesy car to drive as the work was expected to take longer than a few days. This is my go-to mechanic! The team here is very friendly and always takes the extra step to provide great customer service. I have two JDM vehicles, and they are always knowledgeable and able to source parts for them. This last visit, I brought my Subaru Forester in for some maintenance, and they completed the work faster and under the cost they had originally quoted me. I highly recommend this shop!

I prefer to support places like this with my vehicle otherwise we’ll be going to the same 4 dealerships who are trying to flip you into a new ride.
Work was done early and on quote. Pricing is fair for the convenience, etc of a neighbourhood mechanic.
