All I can say is the services I received from this establishment was beyond amazing! I was leaving home to Fort Mac with tires that would have left me stranded on the highway! They were able to squeeze me in first in the morning for a complete tire change over and balance! Saving me from potentially being stranded on the highway somewhere. Definitely recommend, some of the best customer service I’ve received.

Reasonable prices, fast service, and good communication. Emailed them for a quote, received an answer within minutes for 2 good used winter tires. Set up an appointment that day and had the tires balanced and installed on my old rims in less than 30 minutes. Will go back again.

So I don't normally bash local business, but I used this used these guys in the past and the old guy was surly but they did a good job. But yesterday was my birthday and for the first time ever I blew a tire. Called them today for help and said come on in. But when I got there the old guy said he couldn't do a change over cause they close in an hour (which is bs) I worked a kaltire and could 4tire change overs in 30min by myself. Terrible experience would not recommend. Good tire took me in said 45 min no problem.

I originally had an appointment with Kal-Tire to have my winters put on, and my boyfriend suggested Poor Boy instead as the price was cheaper.. biggest mistake I’ve made yet! My vehicle began making a noise after a couple weeks and it began increasing until one night it made a big snappy noise and began grinding. I hired a mobile mechanic who quickly diagnosed my vehicle where one wheel had only 1 lug nut left on, and two studs had snapped right off. I was told it was a miracle nothing had happened and that I didn’t try driving it once more. I was told by the mechanic that whoever put my tires on really messed up, and was quoted a couple hundred dollars to fix the problem. I reached out to Poor Boy to see if they’d offer to fix it or reimburse my money, and they said because I didn’t come in to have my wheels retorqued that they take no responsibility, despite another mechanic telling me theres no reason this should have occurred. This was a hefty bill for a mom of 4 to incur during December, but I’m more angry at the fact of knowing I had my one year old in the vehicle and was one pothole away from potential catastrophe. Looking at their online reviews how, I’m seeing a similar issue from only a few weeks ago. That’s even more angering that it’s an ongoing issue where they heed responsibility (even partial responsibility), and make no effort in reparations. Trust me when I say to spend the extra money and go elsewhere to have your tires changed… because whoever they have doing this right now isn’t learning from their mistakes!

These guys are pretty funny to me. They're rather be rude on the phone than get my business I guess. I wasn't looking for the cheapest price, just good service. Now I'm taking the 6 trucks I have that need new tires over to Ward, because at Ward they aren't too lazy to answer the phone like professionals.

I had a very good experience here. My tire was flat and could not be repaired. I sent them an email and they found a used tire on the second day. The front desk guy was nice. The used tire was at a very good condition with a reasonable price. Would 100% recommend.

They did a great job on my son’s car today. He needed a new rim after hitting a curb. They were able to put a used rim on for only $25! That was great as he can’t afford much. Staff were polite service was quick!
