They listened to our requests, helped us choose the design suited to our needs, and implemented the set up perfectly and with punctuality. The lines of communication we're always open, and Jazz and his team were very polite. I was especially impressed when they took the initiative to call the venue to arrange and confirm the set up/take down time. It took some stress off my shoulders and gave me confidence that this was a reliable company. Jazz and his team did such a wonderful job bringing my vision to life at our mehndi and reception. Not only did he accomodate to our needs on short notice, taking time out of his busy schedule to discuss and plan in detail, but he was also willing to work around with our budget. If there was anything I was unhappy with, he made sure to check and change things accordingly + everything was set up and taken down in a timely manner which helped ease my stress throughout the whole process.
