International Currency Exchange

Terrible exchange rate for CDN to MXN Peso. I've been here MANY times to exchange CDN to USD and never had too bad of an exchange rate. Certainly better than a credit card would give. However when i went to get Pesos this week after getting the Peso's i realized i didn't know how many peso's i should be expecting back for my $600 CDN. She gave me 7,200 Pesos. I googled it quick and I should have been getting closer to 8,200. I asked her about it and she said that was the 'Google' exchange rate and that 'they have bills to pay'. Seemed like a big difference. When i got home i looked into what i could get at my TD bank and i could get 8,100. No brainer. I called and asked if i could return the pesos cause the exchange rate was quite bad. At first she said no. Then when i pressed she said i could return it if i came before closing, but couldn't do it the next day. It was 8:45pm and they close at 9. They won't get my business again.

The staff members were very professional and did a more than fantastic job with the exchange! Highly recommend this place!

I went recently, the rate on the website was not the same as the real exchange rate. Rate was roughly 1.47 but the real rate was 1.5 (buying American with Canadian). However no annoying paperwork or limits for me like some banks such as CIBC impose. Service for me was fast.

SAVE YOURSELF THE TRIP TO THIS DISGUSTING MALL !!!!!! BELIEVE ALL THE BAD REVIEWS, I KNOW I SHOULD HAVE LISTENED !!!!! Called them to get the rate. Was given one number. Drove all the way down, only to be told I was LIED to on the phone and their rate is almost 10 cents higher. Absolute incompetent liars. THEY WILL TRY TO SCREW YOU OVER AT EVERY TURN !!!!!

Only go here if you absolutely have no other choice. Only if absolutely no other choice! I expect a spread off the exchange rates; they need to make a profit. But, their rate was over 35% off. They offered less than 2/3 the value for the currency that I had to sell.

Awful service. To change an insignificant amount of money they want a full history and too much personal information. Extremely rude service.

Lady gave wrong information on the phone, went down to Market Mall only for her to rudely and condescendingly tell me I didn't give her right info. Made me feel like a fool. Horrible experience. Do not go here. Period. End of.
