The worst customer service ever. I contacted them on February 25 to file my personal and business taxes. Right away, they asked for all my documents — business info, bank statements, everything — and told me they would start processing it. Since then? Nothing. Just promises and delays. They kept saying they’d give me an appointment "in a few days," but it’s been over a month now and still no appointment, no follow-up, no progress. I’ve called, messaged, followed up multiple times — they don’t even respond anymore. It’s completely unprofessional, disrespectful, and a total waste of time. Avoid this place at all costs. They clearly don’t care about their clients.
