Cambridge is amazing. The entire team from the director (who actually physically helped us to move my mom in) to the caregivers are attentive and compassionate. Unfortunately, my mom got there too late, and by the time she received adequate care, she only had weeks left to live. I do find solace in knowing she was with a caring person who made all attempts to help her through the crisis. My mother was at Bethany (check out that review) before we were able to move her Cambridge. After months of being gaslit and abused at Bethany, Cambridge was a breath of fresh air. They surpassed every single expectation we had for a facility caring for our incredibly special person. 6 months after my mother's passing, Cambridge invited us to a butterfly release with all the families that had lost a loved one that year. I found this to be extremely therapeutic. They named every single person and once again demonstrated their humanity. I have been grateful every single day since my mom died that this was where she met her end. She was surrounded by people who treated her with dignity, respect, compassion, and kindness. Thank you, Cambridge Manor.

I got an opportunity to visit the BSF Cambridge Manor yesterday with my baby and able to watch the Christmas concert. It amazes me because i have seen all the Nurses,Doctor's, Clerk, Reception,Housekeeping, Dietary, OT, Recreation Team, Managers , Maintenance, HCA's and their family members that volunteer to put up and present a unique Christmas concert. It is truly that people collaborate and bring their unique strengths, ideas, and perspectives together, they can create something much greater than what any individual could achieve alone. Teamwork often leads to innovation and the ability to tackle challenges more effectively. The power of collaboration and Team effort. Being able to show compassion and also by spreading happiness and the true spirit of Christmas to all the residents and their families is truly remarkable. I am so proud and offer a round of applause to them for this wonderful effort."

Bless the hearts and souls of people who live here or involved with BSF. Because The foundation needs to do an internal review of their EA and the level of absolutely Zero communication or ability to answer questions. It’s literally her job. I would be more than happy to provide context and proof. It would seem literally anyone is an inconvenience to her. Or doing her job in general is an inconvenience to herself. She might even do one action towards your inquiry aka PRESS forward - and send it to someone else - because why would she help you (it’s not like she works there or something) good lord. Even if she does that action she never responds to say the inquiry was received or forwarded or when asked to be advised doesn’t guide you in any process or contact information. And if you ask if you should follow up to who she passed it along to she also will not respond. This is extremely concerning. Could you imagine dealing in regards to an elderly loved one?? Wild. My heart goes out to anyone having to deal with the EA at BSF for all locations. She seems extremely miserable in her position and a problem in completing daily tasks that are an apart of her roll. Or communicating in general. I can’t imagine asking her to do it with kindness and compassion if she cannot even provide basic answers to extremely basic questions.

Great experience with great people. I have been visiting almost daily my mother with dementia for a few months now at Cambridge manor and from the visitation coordinator, the amazing friendly front desk staff, kind and organized Covid screening coordinator and the absolutely amazing nurses and support staff in Stilton. It’s not easy seeing a loved one go through these days but I am thankful for all the staff at this facility that make it a positive and supportive environment. They have treated my mother with absolute kindness and are very skilled in this kind of care. Thank you all for what you do daily to provide support at these very emotionally challenging times.

My 85yr old mom who has Parkinson’s has been at the Cambridge Manor for a year as of July 2020, shortly after they opened, right in the middle of the pandemic. Since then, i can honestly say, her overall health has improved remarkably. She has put on some much needed weight & she is more mobile due to the physio and activity programs she has been participating in ‘inhouse’ as well as the extra Physio from a private company, that Cambridge recommended to us. As with any new facility opening, we expected that there would be a period of challenges with the many different aspects of running a residence of this nature. After speaking with the right people regarding these matters there has been a marked improvement -each time I bring up a concern I am heard and feel and see that there is a conscious effort made to continue improving. The nursing staff have been very attentive to my mom. They are very kind and cheerful and sincerely try to ensure my mom is made comfortable throughout the day and night. Weldu & Alyssa have been really wonderful! I have expressed concern over the response times when the call bell is rung. I feel more staff is required to accommodate the number of residents. I am told they have hired one more staff person to help improve response times. I am hopeful that they will bring on more staff to accommodate the additional number of residents that are moving in. I am so grateful that we have Dr Jed as the Dr assigned to Cambridge. He has been very thorough and is very kind and caring. My mom really likes him as well. The cleaning staff do a great job at daily sanitizing my mom’s room -they too always have a kind word to say. The recreation team have also been working so hard to come up with fun, innovative ways to keep the residents entertained and busy-an especially difficult task during the lockdowns. As restrictions are lifted we are seeing a marked difference in the type of activities-looking forward to seeing more! My experiences with all the staff at the front desk since the beginning has been exceptionally kind and helpful.

We will always be grateful for the kindness, quality of care and friendship that my husband Joe received while he was a resident in the Stilton Unit at Cambridge Manor. As his health deteriorated in the final months we realized that he felt surrounded by a caring team and what a blessing and comfort that was. We found the gals at the front reception were always welcoming and helpful. Cambridge Manor is very fortunate to have Dr. Jed and so many caring and thoughtful staff working for them and it was our good fortune that Joe was able to reside at Cambridge Manor.
