I had the privilege to meet Jackie.
Everything she does is just awesome.
The first meet and greet was really friendly and Livia instantly liked her.
Jackie took Livia in for 3 nights while i had to do a trip to the US.
I got really nice updates and pictures and knew, the dog is in really good hands.
When i got Livia back, she had a bath and was smelling awesome.
Jackie is one of the finest person i have ever met and i will not leave Livia with anyone else.
Well done Jackie, you are awesome !!!!!!

Jackie is the best!! We are so thankful she was able to watch our kitties while we were away! She was so accommodating and communicative and sent us daily updates which we so appreciated! I can’t recommend Nella highly enough! From the very beginning, she impressed me with how thorough and thoughtful she is—she did a detailed meet and greet, asked lots of questions, and really took the time to get to know Jasper and Fernie. She’s incredibly flexible and always goes out of her way to help, no matter what my schedule looks like. Most importantly, she treats Jasper and Fernie like they’re her own dogs—with so much love, attention, and care.

My dog absolutely loves Nella! We’ve had such a great experience with her being Henry’s walker over the last year. Nella is reliable, kind, and clearly loves what she does. We often run into her in the mornings and Henry goes crazy with excitement when he sees her. That says it all.
They have an app which makes booking really easy, check in + out times are logged and lots of photos are always sent. Highly recommend!

They take your dogs on adventures in and out of the city for the pack walks!
They are also very accomodating and flexible. Can't say enough good things about them! Thank you so much to Jackie for always looking after my Coco! My dog is always excited to see her. Just says so much about how she's taken care of.
