ARF is an incredible team of individuals who are focused on making the lives of the dogs and cats better! Their dedication to the animals they care for is tremendous! I have volunteered with ARF for a year now, and am so grateful for the support, training, and community! If you’re looking to foster or adopt check out the website!

Nice place to work and have fun time with cats. They are all very angelic. If you are only a cat person and not a dog person, then this place is not for you. Cat room is all surrounded by dog kennels. Some staff are also careless while hoovering around with dog they forget the cat room and volunteer in cat room. There is a possibility that you can be cornered by a distressed and aggressive dog.

Awesome adoption experience!
I found the cat of my dreams, a gorgeous 13 year old lady cat, and knew I needed to have her. Rachel was so helpful and the adoption process was super quick and easy. She even offered me some advice on how to keep her healthy moving forward with different food and supplements as she ages - it has been so helpful!
I know first hand how much they love every single animal that comes to them. I will always support them in every way I can.

The communication with both the Adoption Coordinator and Foster was fast and attentive, and the overall adoption process was quick.
The we got to meet the cat with the Foster Parent at the facility in a nice room for about 1 hour, which was wonderful.
The paperwork was all able to be handled electronically, which made it simple. They offer 6 weeks of complimentary pet insurance through Pet Secure, which was a nice touch.

We inquired about a cat and what we received back as a response showed how much these individuals truly care about these animals. The response came from both the shelter and the foster parent describing in great detail the personality and actions of the cat. In all my dealings with the other available shelters I have never received such a detailed response. I truly felt like I knew the cat before we even would have taken the chance to meet her[/su_testimonial]
