Jonathan was awesome to work with and would definitely recommend his services to anyone. He was very responsive, honest, transparent, and clearly outlined the process. We delayed the listing date and he was very supportive. No pressure at all. His team is also very professional - from staging advice, taking professional pictures, and creating/posting a listing on MLS. A strong team that helps to deliver results. On the day of negotiating, Jonathan advised and provided negotiating tactics to help close the deal. We are really happy with the outcome! It was all the little details that made a difference.
