Pathetic service ever i called this agent named vikas he searched the deal and he asked me to pay by e transfer only he explained that your ticket price is expensive because your kid is getting one 23-kg baggage i said yes to deal and paid him, we paid 2300 per person and 500 dollers for my one year old baby. We went to india and our baggage was not alot .later on when we returned from delhi airport the customer service team told me that there is no bag allowance for baby for 23 kg but i got a full bag of 23 kgs as per vikas the agent told me . I called him about this and he deleted the msg from whatsapp where he confirmed the weight and said that he never said that ..i had to pay $380 extra because of him misguiding us all the time i would never ever recommend this agency for any kind of services # misleading information #rude behaviour

We got tickets from this vikas guy and he insisted us to pay via e transfer and after 5 hours i requested to cancel because i find another ticket where the difference was around 700 per ticket . Its allowed to cancel a ticket within 24 hours as per regulations all airlines but vikas said you can cancel but there is no refund not even a single doller i called other places to double check but all said your agent is lying and cancellion is ok within 24 hours i talked to vikas and he said the cheap flights are via us . And initially we told him that we all citizen and can travel via us . Anyway not good team. Lying all the time … be aware please
