Rudeness or Disrespect – Speaking harshly, ignoring passengers, or using offensive language creates a hostile environment. A professional driver should always treat passengers with courtesy and patience. The car plate number is 0-AL319
Reckless Driving – Speeding, aggressive lane changing, or using a mobile phone while driving endangers both the passengers and others on the road. Safety must always come Unclean Vehicle or Personal Hygiene – A dirty car, foul smells, or poor personal cleanliness can make the ride uncomfortable for passengers and reflect badly on the company

Allied Limousine driver passing in the right lane that becomes blocked. Then deliberately forces himself left into my lane, while still being on the same level. Only my braking avoided a collision. Black Cadillac XT6 SUV 400, plate number 0-CJ285, 18. June 2025, 16:20. North connector from 16th Ave to Deerfoot Trail North. If he's not already, this driver will become a liability for the company.

Used Allied Limo Services for my trip to the airport. The driver arrived before time and was very professional and kind. The car was clean. The only issue I had was the customer service staff mentioned I would receive a message on my cell phone with the driver’s details but on the morning of the flight when I did not get a message and called the dispatcher they said that’s it’s an email they send plus I had to call twice to get the details.

I booked a pick up from my hotel a couple of months in advance, and it was easy to do online. The day of my trip the tour Director told us that you had to clear customs at the airport returning to the US so I called to move the pick up time earlier and they were very accommodating. We had a 1045 pick up and we were ready at 10:30 and the driver was already there. The experience was great. The driver was very friendly and helpful. He drove carefully. The limo was spotless and rode very comfortably. We had taken a taxi from the airport, and this did not cost all that much more than the taxi. I would definitely use this company again with my highest recommendation.

Had to update, in addition to the below mess up, the company showed up to bring us home. HOWEVER AND PLEASE NOTE: We asked for, and were quoted for, TWO vehicles large enough to fit 9 people. We were quote $80 for each. They sent 3 sedans that only hold 3 each. We had to pay for 3 cars at $110 each. So $330 instead of my quoted $160. I would have paid less than half just to use our usual cab service for 3 cars. VERY BIG RIP OFF, BAD QUOTE.
Unfortunately I booked two vehicles for 5 people each, for two different locations, going to the airport, and one was canceled without us being told, or any phone call to check that it was indeed two vehicles. I received two separate confirmation emails and was assured we had two vehicles. We did not. We were waiting for a half hour for a vehicle that initially did not show up, which I had to call for in a panic, twice, to show up an hour late for friends and flight. The vehicle that was sent was way too small for 5 people and we had to literally cram 4 people into a back seat. To be fair, the dispatch lady and our ultimate driver were very nice. Unfortunately we cannot trust the rest of this company and cannot recommend them for anything important. We still had to pay full price .... incidentally, our airport pick up in Los Angeles was flawless.

Horrible driver stole 650$ from me after I cancelled a trip to the Edmonton because of travel arrangements. We drove around the block and he took my money said he couldn’t refund

Worst drivers in the city! Was ran off the road on Deerfoot Trail by an Ally limousine Buick! Do not use this company unless you want the scariest ride of your life!! Teacher, useless drivers, how to drive before you put them on the roads of Calgary! Your company, and all its employees are worthless!
