Chad’s team of Mora and Ty worked their butts off for nearly 3 weeks on my garden renovation. Chad is professional and works to a commercial standard. Communication was good and we were present throughout the job. Numerous unanticipated decisions had to be made and the Alpine team worked cooperatively and creatively to get the job done! Costs were what we expected and what we agreed to. Highly recommended!

Alpine Vista did a superb job building our hardscaping including retaining wall, planters and patio. Work was done on time and budget. The quality was excellent and the workers were very skilled. Overall Alpine Vista was a truly professional organization to work with. Any minor issues that came up were dealt with immediately and to our satisfaction.

Chad is highly communicative through the entire process, upfront with suggestions/ideas and he has hired a high quality team. Maura the team member who led the hardscaping, was exceptional. She was on time every time and the quality of her work on our property was beyond expectations. Eckley, who completed the fencing for the property is a cabinet maker by trade and it shows...his work is top shelf and we have by far, the nicest, most well built fence/gates in the neighbourhood. Katie who delivered and completed the installation of the plants we ordered was professional, communicative and helpful in giving advice on care for the plants. All round great experience with Alpine Vista...would not hesitate to recommend them.

Chad and Sarah are very passionate at what they do, from customer service to the end product. The first 3 pictures shows the state of our flower beds before today, the next 3 pictures shows what Chad and Sarah are capable of. They were quick to provide a free quote and a consultation to get the best out of your vision at a reasonable price and to make it work with your budget. They also pruned several Mugo pine trees in our front yard that were growing out of control and make it more presentable. They completed the work in just a day and you wouldn't know that they were even in your property as they kept everything neat and clean. Overall, we were very impressed and please with the quality of their work and we highly recommend AVL for your landscaping needs.

Never ended up proceeding with landscaping services due to external reasons, however Chad and his team were professional throughout the process, and showed care and diligence in the quoting and contracting process. I did not proceed with the work after signing the contract and I was refunded in full without hesitation.

I’ve had Alpine Vista manage my lawncare for about 10 years now so I contacted them about fixing a drainage issue along the side of my house and installing new perennial garden beds throughout my backyard. Chad was very professional & friendly and met with us for over an hour and followed up the consultation with a detailed quote/contract a few days later. His team (Liam & Cael) arrived on schedule and were really nice, tidy, polite and very helpful & accommodating when we had questions or wanted to make changes. We will definitely have them back to do some additional projects and would highly recommend Alpine Vista for annual lawncare & landscaping projects. I had a great experience with Chad and the team from Alpine Vista. We were building a new deck and needed some grading done. I had hired another company who didn't complete the job to my satisfaction, and the deck builders were coming in two business days. On a Thursday morning, I got in touch with Alpine Vista and that afternoon Chad come over to give me a quote. The next morning on Friday, he was there first thing as we discussed. He and his team worked hard to fix the issues left by the other landscapers, fill in a 20-inch deep trench dug for a new electrical conduit, and hauled away all the debris. You can see the before and after photos below. They only took a single day to complete the work which was essential as my deck builders were coming on Monday morning. When it came time to settle the bill, Chad actually LOWERED the total by $200, as he said he used fewer hours than expected to finish the job. I was very surprised - I had never heard of a contractor lowering the cost after completing a job before! It definitely speaks to Chad's character, integrity and honesty as a businessman. I am very happy with the work done, and the service provided by the Alpine Vista team. I will for sure be recommending them to my friends and family.
