It’s surreal in the best way. Definitely wouldn't have followed through with my quitting journey without this place, tho for me its still been a mind over matter thing. Like my body doesn't want it anymore but my brain still does ! Its good to be prepared to use other things like meditation, breath work and hypnosis. I personally started having the occasional herbal cig (lavender, rose) which isn't for everyone and still isn't good accessivly long term. The lazer treatment in my ears was a bit uncomfortable but its not painful and the lady that does the treatment is lovely. I do wish I would have been told a bit more what she was doing. Day 3 with no smoking, no nicotine, and no going back! Appreciate this place By the second treatment is when I really started seeing all the results, even my herbal smokes are gross to me now !

Had a wonderful experience, the process is very easy and haven’t had any cravings for Ciggs afterwards, it’s definitely worth the investment for your health!! Had some elevated blood pressure prior to first visit and after treatment and not smoking by my 2nd visit my blood pressure has lowered/ stabilized.
