I had an amazing experience at Westside Laser & Light. The staff are incredibly friendly. Nicole did my consultation and took the time to make sure I fully understood and answered all my questions for my treatments. Alexia helped me book all my appointments which was very helpful to me, especially when I had to change a few. The atmosphere is relaxing and professional. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for quality services. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for sure!!

I’ve had a great experience with the Emsella chair and the team at Westside laser. They were all very helpful and knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions. After completing my six sessions on the pelvic floor chair I have noticed a significant improvement and look forward to maintaining my progress at Westside.

The atmosphere is so relaxing and calming – it truly feels like a spa retreat. The level of personalized care I received was outstanding. They took the time to listen to my concerns and tailored the treatment to suit my needs. I left feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and completely satisfied. I have had great results after using the Emsella chair for pelvic floor issues. It has made a significant improvement in my overall pelvic floor health and I am extremely happy with the results. I feel a lot stronger and have noticed improvement in all areas that I had hoped to see change. I look forward to future treatments and different services here as the staff has been incredibly welcoming, professional and so friendly.

I was recommended by a friend and I couldn’t have been happier!! I was greeted by Sean whom explained the clinic to me and everything they have to offer. My appointment was with Emily and she was so lovely. My experience was so professional and warm and welcoming. My results were exactly what I was looking for. Can’t wait to book again !!

I was very impressed with my experience at Westside. All of the staff and Dr Cran were knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I have had issues with pelvic floor health and recurrent UTIs for years and tried 6 sessions of the Emsella chair. I am already very impressed with the results and will continue with maintenance sessions as I see significant improvement from these sessions. I highly recommend this for all women especially if you are struggling with incontinence or UTIs and other pelvic floor challenges. Thank you Westside staff!!

I had a great experience! The customer service was excellent, and the staff were always welcoming, making me feel valued every time I came in for my laser treatments. They were also very patient with my curly hair, which I truly appreciated. A special thanks to Aline and Nicole for answering all my questions—no matter how silly they seemed—and for making me feel completely safe throughout the process. I highly recommend this place!
