I was here yesterday for a procedure which was quick and very successful. I arrived at the urgent care entrance at about 4:20pm and was warmly welcomed by one lady who directed me to the lady in charge of admitting people/clients to the sexual reproductive health at the urgent care entrance. In fact, this lady was a true definition of rudeness. Her professionalism was nothing to write home about. Unfortunately, I didn’t get her name Initially, I was given her the benefit of the doubt that she had a bad or long day… It will be unfair to talk about this woman without talking about the amazing and kind nurse and doctor I met yesterday. Nici was my nurse and a doctor whose name I can’t remember. Both were very professional. God bless you both Lastly, the lady at the reception too was super nice.

Absolutely the best experience with everything related to sexual health - my IUD removal was a breeze (unlike the insertion in another province) and my arm implant was seamless. So appreciated and relieved all my stresses. Cannot recommend this clinic enough!

the staff here are incredible, from front desk receptionists to the nurses and doctors!! they’re so knowledgeable and really make sure you understand completely what’s going on. Wendy was my nurse and she was so lovely, she was so thorough in her explanation of everything and i felt so comfortable with her!

Honestly super friendly and kind atmosphere and staff, helped me apply for compassionate birth control and answered all my questions very professionally! It was my first time there and I’m definitely very impressed!

Got HPV vaccine here. Staff is very nice. The shot didn't hurt - in fact I felt it less than the COVID shot I got at shoppers pharmacy.
