Great customer service. The girls at the front desk are very helpful and accommodating and Menzie ( Audiologist) is very knowledgeable, friendly and with a great sense of Humour.
Great place to go for your hearing needs.

Outstanding service and excellent experience. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful!
My 90 year old father-in-law has no hearing in one ear, only about 10% in the other and is a little difficult. Lucy was extremely patient and kind. She evaluated his hearing and set him with an appropriate set of hearing aids for his issues. The results have been an extraordinary improvement in his ability to communicate and overall quality of life.
I can’t have imagined a better experience and outcome. Thank you very much.

My experience with this location has been wonderful. Winnie is just the kindest and most helpful and knows so much about whats going on. David has been amazing during Covid-19. Lucy really helped me out the most. She gets the patient the most benefits out of their HA, I cant wait to work with her more. Stella has solutions for many HA related issues, she also has very gentle hands. I only got to meet Shanon once but she was awesome as well !

My first time getting hearing tests done. I visited the Centre St & 12th Ave location. Office is lovely, very clean with a TV to watch to learn about hearing news/advancements. Front staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Lucy is a *fantastic* audiologist! She was patient, listened to my concerns, offered her expert opinion and explained the mechanism of my issues. Did a thorough ear exam and hearing test. Explained I did not need an additional tinnitus test as she had a good idea why I was experiencing what I was experiencing & that saved me money. Promised to send the result to my family Doctor that very day and suggested they refer me to an ENT for more tests. Very professional, knowledgeable and kind. Most of all, she gave me hope about my concerns with my hearing. I would highly recommend Connect Hearing to anyone who is experiencing healing loss and/or tinnitus.

Had the pleasure of working with Lucy in acquiring my very first pair of hearing aids. She is absolutely so kind, helpful and informative. I told her on my last visit, she changed my life! The girls at the front desk are fantastic too!! Just a great place to go for your hearing needs!

Had a hearing appointment with Lina, my experience was excellent warranting a review. Office is very clean with friendly staff. Lina was prepared to see me a few minutes early, the appointment started off asking me my hearing concerns - based upon that discussion she decided which tests to do. Lina is very kind and professional. I would recommend Lina to anyone looking to book a hearing appointment.

My mom just purchased hearing aids from the Crescent Heights location. Staff was very friendly and waiting area was bright and clean. Lucy was very helpful and patient as she explained the different types of hearing aids available. She helped my mom picked a model that had the best fit. She took her time and answered all of our questions. Would highly recommend Lucy and this location to everyone.
