I’ve always had an excellent experience at Connect Performance! The entire team is friendly, professional, and truly committed to patient care. Dr. Adam is incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to explain each adjustment and how it helps. I felt immediate relief and continued improvement over time. Lindsay, the physio was just as impressive—tailoring a rehab program specifically for my ACL injury and guiding me through every step with encouragement and expertise. I’ve seen real progress thanks to their hands-on approach and attention to detail. The entire team is filled with hardworking and lovely professionals and they got your back no matter what.
Highly recommend this clinic to anyone dealing with sports injuries or chronic pain!

I love Connect! Dr Adam is the only chiro I trust to treat my pain and injuries. His extensive knowledge, patience, and kindness are incredible.
I also attend the seniors weight training classes with Bianca, she also keeps me strong!
The entire staff is always warm and welcoming, it's a positive environment, good vibes, and last but not least, I appreciate how clean and tidy the whole facility is kept!

Dr. Robinson is one of the most genuine, honest, and knowledgeable chiropractors I’ve ever had. He truly listens, remembers concerns from past visits, and cares not just about the treatment but about you as a person.
I’ve also had the pleasure of seeing Lindsay, and she is beyond amazing! In just five minutes, you can learn so much from her. My 13-year-old son saw her and walked out saying, ‘Wow, she was really cool’—which, coming from a teenage boy, is a huge compliment!
I’m so grateful for the entire team at Connect Performance. They are simply the best!

I cannot recommend Connect enough! I started coming 6 months ago after having recurrent back injuries which were preventing me from exercising and even at times functioning day to day. I started with Jeff and Dr. Robinson and immediately started to have relief. I continued with Connect and am now doing group fitness training three times a week and it has been a game changer for me. I’ve learned so much about how to exercise and I’ve already seen improvements. I have not had another back injury since starting. Not only that, I went on a week long bike trip and have never felt better on my bike. Jeff has taught me how to train smarter. I truly enjoy going to each session and am motivated by the progress I’m making. Everyone at the gym is welcoming and like-minded. It’s an all in one place for anyone who is active and wants some guidance on injury treatment, prevention and improving athletic performance. Joining the Connect community has been one of the best things I’ve done for my health and wellness!

Could not recommend connect enough, I’ve been attending group fitness at connect 3x a week for the past 10 weeks & it’s honestly been a game-changer. The experience here has completely transformed my fitness journey in ways I didn’t expect both physically and mentally.
First, the group sizes are smaller than traditional gyms, which I absolutely love. It creates a more intimate and personalized atmosphere, and the sense of community is amazing. Everyone is so supportive, and it's really motivating to train alongside people who encourage each other.
Jeff, my trainer, is incredible. He’s always there to guide me through the workouts, offering encouragement and making sure my form is on point. The workouts are genuinely tailored to each individual; we track the weights we use for specific exercises, and Jeff is great at modifying them if needed to suit personal needs.
The gym itself is beautiful—clean, well-maintained, and filled with new, cool equipment. Every workout feels unique and exciting, thanks to the variety of equipment and exercises Jeff incorporates into the routine. I'm never bored!
Nicole, who works evenings at the front desk, is the absolute sweetest and
is so welcoming when I'm coming in for a workout.
One last thing that stands out is how well-stocked the bathrooms are with all of my favorite Saje products, which is a small but thoughtful touch that really adds to the experience. Plus, there’s always plenty of parking, which makes getting in and out so easy.
All in all, this gym has truly changed my life. It’s not just a place to work out—it’s a place where I’ve found community, support, and real progress. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a more personalized and motivating gym experience!

I can't recommend the Postnatal Foundations class at Connect Performance enough! I took it twice—first with Rachelle at 2 months postpartum, then again with Alex at 6 months—and both were amazing. The class helped me safely ease back into working out, taught me how to properly engage my pelvic floor while exercising, and gave me a chance to meet other moms. Plus, getting to bring my baby along made it so much easier. A huge bonus: the classes are covered by physio benefits. If you're looking for a supportive and knowledgeable team to help you feel strong again postpartum, this is the place!

I see Lindsay Fraser for physiotherapy and Maddie Colton for massage therapy. Both of them are very good at what they do. They are so knowledgeable and take the time to give focused and effective treatment. Hana is also great, she greets me by name every time I come in. They are all just lovely and kind people.
