We’ve been absolutely thrilled with these online piano classes at Vivace for our kids. I was a bit skeptical at first about doing music lessons over Zoom, but this program completely exceeded our expectations. The teachers are incredibly patient, kind, and professional. They know exactly how to keep my kids engaged, motivated, and excited about learning. My children have made amazing progress in such a short time, they’re not just playing notes but actually understanding music, reading sheet music confidently, and even improvising a little! What I love most is how personalized the lessons are. Each child gets tailored instruction that suits their level and interests. Even though it’s online, there’s a real connection between teacher and student. The scheduling is super convenient for our family, and the communication has been fantastic. We also appreciate the supportive and fun atmosphere. My kids look forward to every class—they’re proud of what they’re learning and practice willingly on their own. As a parent, nothing is more rewarding than seeing that. If you’re considering online piano lessons, I honestly can’t recommend this program highly enough. It’s been one of the best decisions we’ve made for our kids’ education and creativity.

I was hesitant about online piano lessons for my 7-year-old since we’d tried two in-person classes before and she didn’t progress much. But I’m so glad we gave this a try! The teacher is patient and engaging, and my daughter actually looks forward to her lessons now. She’s improved so much and even practices on her own. The lessons are well-structured, easy to schedule online, and save us time. If you’re on the fence about online piano classes, I highly recommend this program. We've been with Vivace for years and it has fostered my daughter's love for piano! Joanne is such a kind and supportive teacher who really cares about students' interests. She is always open to finding out what music my daughter listens to so she can learn to play some of the same songs. Joanne is really great about supporting each family's needs. Vivace offers recitals families who prefer the performance aspect. We're more laid back and just wanting our daughter to follow her passion. Joanne has accommodated that by encouraging her play by ear while still learning & playing sheet music as well.

I really recommend Vivace Music. Joanne is very patient, kind and knows how to encourage your kids to continue practicing on their own. It's amazing how fast my son is progressing and stays very motivated every day. My son is always very comfortable talking about his interests and asking questions. I recently started taking classes with her and her team. Although I didn't know anything about music, I can now play songs that I thought would take years to learn. I'm just in love. I am so grateful for their patience and dedication they show in each class.

Joanne is the best piano teacher we could have for our daughter. Working with kids of all ages is challenging on a learning position and Joanne is able to communicate well and motivate them in a way that makes them thrive and excel at playing piano. With the pandemic she had to adapt and switch to on line learning and we were a bit skeptic if that would work, however to our surprise, our daughter really enjoys! I’d highly recommend Joanne for any family looking to have their kids, or anyone really, to learn to play piano!

Joanne has taught my children piano for the past two years. Her lessons are well planned out and delivered in a highly motivating way. She has great rapport with my children and has established a meaningful relationship with each of them. They often pick out their own piano pieces and this motivates them to practice because they enjoy learning their new songs. Joanne's Christmas concert is impressive and a highlight for my children and our family (their grandparents actually want to go!!). I would highly recommend Vivace Music!

Joanne is an excellent piano teacher. My son Samuel started piano lessons with her in January this year and he has already progressed much further than I expected. Joanne understands children and how they learn music best. She brings out the best in her students. She is positive and patient with her students.
