Cannot recommend Captivating Occasions enough! We hired Lexine and Amanda as our day of coordinators and they made everything before and during our wedding so fun and so much less stressful. They go through every detail you can think of about 3 months out and it really helps you gauge where you’re at with planning. Day of they took care of everything from logistics to making our reception venue decor dreams come true. Also be sure to check out River Rock Retreat which is their wedding venue (we had our ceremony here) and it was absolutely perfect!! We hired Lexine and Amanda to help execute a very important picnic for foreign dignitaries in Kananaskis. These women thought of every detail. They were beyond reliable. They exuded professionalism, creativity, problem-solving and vision. They took the picnic we had envisioned and brought it to a level that exceeded our wildest expectations. Even in moments of high stress, Amanda and Lexine were there to help ensure everything went smoothly. They thought of the most brilliant touches that elevated this event, and we are so grateful to have worked with these incredible women. Thank you so much, ladies!!

Outstanding! Captivating Occasions is an absolute necessity for anyone who wants their wedding day, and all the time leading up to the wedding to be a breeze. Amanda and Lexine tracked every aspect of the planning and then some. By the time the wedding rolled around, they knew the exact vision we had and executed it flawlessly. Genuinely the best experience! I recommend everyone to try them out for all your special occasions because you won’t be disappointed. Amanda made the whole process so easy, i was trying book a last minute picnic and she made it happen. From the start to end pricing was clear and made my vision come to life. She even helped in contacting a baker for a last minute cake and i couldn’t be happier from the whole experience. Can’t wait to book more picnics with them in the future!

These guys are the best wedding coordinators we could have asked for. We are the most scatter brained humans and throwing a wedding was NOT our forte. They kept everything organized, on track, and even saved moments like needing a sewing kit TWICE during our wedding day. This is an expense I would not over look if you're planning a wedding as having these guys in your back pocket was absolutely 1,000,000x worth it. Plus having them do the set up is a huge savior. Thank you guys so much!!
