I have to say, the workers here were amazing—very well-trained and professional. The young lady who assisted me was incredibly fast at counting money; it was like watching a machine in action! She mentioned she’s been working here for a year, and her efficiency and kindness definitely made an impression. I’ll definitely be returning. I also want to highlight how safe and welcoming this location felt—unlike the TD location, which is by far the worst.

We had extra rolls of change that this exchange store did not want to accept so my husband decided to go to the bank and comeback. While I was waiting Ahmed had the audacity to tell us that he can just use his debit card instead of going to the bank when he denied the cash payment we wanted to use. He rolled his eyes, he had an incredible amount of attitude and tone. Pure privileged guy that had no sense of customer service. If you hate your job that much, don’t work at it! Everyone has their bad days but don’t take it out on clients that’s HELPING pay for your needs. Insane. I hope upper management reads this and considers providing proper education when delivering customer service. Never exchanging money from here again. If you don’t want your day ruined; I would suggest not coming here either.

I am very satisfied with the good rate and the excellent service I received from Calforex Chinook Mall location. Before I decided to do business with Calforex, I did some research. From what I have learned, this place is not only offering a very good exchange rate, but also providing good service. I then contacted the Chinook Mall location manager Ms. Tell for the detailed information regarding the process of $ exchange. Ms.Tell was very patient, she was with me all the way from the beginning of the preparation stage to the day the transaction is finished. At one point, I almost gave up because of all the paperwork the Compliance Dept asked me to prepare(some of them don't make sense). Thankfully Ms. Tell was communicating in between the Compliance Dept and me; by doing so, the deal went smoothly. Everybody in the store is nice, of course including the teller who helped me on Mar.13th; sorry I didn't write down her name since I thought I would remember. All in all, I had a very pleasant experience with Calforex Chinook Mall location staff; of course I will choose Calforex to do business next time!!!

Can’t believe what I saw today around 5 PM — staff going off on a customer, full-on argument. These Asian ladies were straight-up rude to the guy. No clue what the issue was, but damn, I wouldn’t want to be talked to like that. I’m probably staying the hell away from this place next time. No never ‍♂️

The staffs were exceptionally friendly and professional especially Carina. The branch has a pleasant and welcoming ambiance, and they offered highly competitive rates.
