First time trying Fithouse was a Saturday INFERNO class. The instructor was super helpful, giving a tour of the gym & a rundown of what the class would look like beforehand.
The class itself was excellent - a mix of weights and rowing. It was challenging and effective. Definitely felt the burn the next day.

I visited Fithouse while I was on a business trip to Calgary and I had a wonderful experience! I felt very welcomed, even from my first inquiry email! Graham (the coach who led my BUILT class) was very knowledgeable and coached me very well through my movements. My classmates were kind and helpful as I navigated a new gym. Also, the facilities were gorgeous! Very clean and well kept! Thank you Fithouse! I will be returning!

From the moment I stepped into the gym, I felt the electric energy and positivity radiating from everyone. The people here are incredible—relentless in pushing you to your limits but always with a smile and tons of encouragement! They’ve mastered the perfect balance of challenging you and making it fun.
If you’re looking for a place where you’ll be pushed to achieve your personal best while having an absolute blast, this is THE CrossFit team to join!

I fell in love with FitHouse at my first visit! Everyone was super inclusive and welcoming, which is something Im looking for as I go to the gym everyday... They had a Challenge starting and Dave, one of the co-owner, kinda sold me on it right away, and I’m super thankful he did help me with that decision. 🙂 All of their coaches are incredibly competent and helpful, the gym-goers are friendly and encouraging, and well the facility is one of the best I’ve seen, from an amazing space to impeccable cleanliness. Highly recommend if you are a new or seasoned Crossfitter or if you like High Intensity Training.

The owners are super friendly and helpful. The vibe of the other patrons is somehow also very inviting and friendly. Every place claims to have community mindset but Fithouse actually pulls it off. We love it here!
