I’ve been coming to Gold’s Gym North Gate for a couple of months now the experience has been really good. The new front desk girl the Asian girl with long hair is absolutely incredible. She’s super sweet and lovely with everyone always greeting you with a smile. Excellent service all around from her. The rest of the team is great too, especially the woman with curly black hair who’s really kind and helpful.

After nine years of training, this gym has become my favorite. With its basketball court, spacious facilities, friendly staff, especially Maria at the front desk. She is very welcoming, helpful, and has great way dealing with clients and solving problems, not to forget her charming smile and positive attitude. Reasonable prices, and clean areas and washrooms, it’s the perfect place to stay committed to fitness.

Incredible gym – highly recommend!
I’ve been a member here for a few months now, and it’s honestly the best gym I’ve ever joined. The facility is always spotless, the equipment is modern and well-maintained, and there’s a wide variety of machines and weights so you never have to wait around. Whether you’re into weightlifting, cardio, or just want to stay active, this gym has it all.
What really stands out to me is the staff. They’re not only friendly but genuinely care about the members. I’ve asked for tips a few times and always got helpful, knowledgeable advice. The vibe here is super motivating — people are focused on their workouts, but it still feels welcoming and not intimidating at all.
There are also great amenities like clean locker rooms, showers, and even a smoothie bar, which is perfect after a tough workout. Plus, the music and lighting make the space feel energetic and upbeat.
This gym has helped me stay consistent with my fitness goals, and I actually look forward to coming in. If you’re looking for a clean, supportive, and well-equipped gym, this is definitely the place to be. Five stars all the way!

I’ve been a member at Gold’s Gym for a while now, and I can confidently say that Alex is hands down the best customer service representative there. From the moment you walk in, he greets you with a smile and makes you feel genuinely welcome. Whether it’s helping with membership questions, handling account issues, or just offering a friendly conversation, Alex goes above and beyond every time.
He’s knowledgeable, professional, and always patient—even when things get busy. It’s clear that he truly cares about the members and takes pride in his work. People like Alex are the reason members stick around. Gold’s Gym is lucky to have him!

I go to Big Sky Fitness here in Calgary. As a blind person with mobility issues, I rely on my e-bike to get around, and the staff has been kind enough to make the gym even more accessible for me by allowing me to securely park my e-bike closer to the reception area. I’d like to thank Emilie and Leslie for helping me set up my e-bike for the first time—it was a great experience for me as someone with a visual impairment.
The gym is always clean and provides wipes and spray to help everyone maintain hygiene. It’s open 24/7, so I can go whenever I need a break from studying, work or just want to get out of the house. The steam room and sauna are fantastic additions, and as a premium member, I also get fresh towels every visit. Plus, they have an InBody machine to help track progress and stay accountable to my goals. And I would say the best gym for access and accessibility for folks like with a physical disability.

Just signed up to Big Sky fitness! Tess was fantastic and helped answer all our questions. She also did a complete walk through with us, was patient as we explored different places, and went over in detail. What I really liked was the introductory session where she asked us about our goals and journey so far and our expectations which was nice. Looking forward to exploring of what Big Sky has to offer!
Preethica Furtado (☆ 5/5)

We just joined here and so far we’re super happy! The gym is gorgeous. I go at my own personal times so it’s never super busy when I go. Aside from all the equipment, I love that the classes they offer are very unique and boutique-style so it’s really the best of both worlds.
Paola Hinojosa (☆ 5/5)

This gym is a great place to workout at and it has some really nice equipment. The staff are super friendly and are always happy to help out members as well as visitors. One specific employee that I’ve noticed goes above and beyond is Adam. His consistent effort to make big sky a welcoming place doesn’t go unnoticed! I definitely recommend this gym to anyone considering getting a membership!
Lauren J (☆ 5/5)

Think I have had a membership for about 7 months now and I have to say I love it here. I hated going to the gym but feels like home now. So much so I apparently leave things behind like a crazy person! BUT I always get it back!
It’s overall clean for a busy gym and the staff is always great! Shout out to their new girl Alexia for recovering my random lost items! lol.
Love the Zumba class with Pam! She’s great!
Sarah Yaremchuk (☆ 5/5)

I have been going to Big Sky for over 2 years now and am a dedicated lover of fitness, so just wanted to give a MAJOR SHOUT-OUT to the most awesome staff member at this gym: Paris! She doesn’t treat her job as just a job, but a passion. She is a lover of fitness herself, and cares deeply about people and connecting them with a path of fitness that best suits their needs and goals. She doesn’t sell what she doesn’t believe in and her positivity and hard work ethic shine! Every client she has signed up looks happy with the journey they’re on/the trainer she’s recommended. She personally cares about members, checking in with them while they are in the club to see how they are doing, and letting them know she is still always there if they have any questions. She is inspiring and caring and a much-needed addition to Big Sky!!!!
Sherry (☆ 5/5)

This gym is so good that I as a high school student make a trip from way down southeast all the way to Legacy to go to this gym. It is so unbelievably perfect for me and they always have the best equipment and it’s never busy. my old gym that was right by my high school Was always packed no matter if you went at rush-hour or at random times it was always busy and you always had to wait for equipment. At big sky, even if it is during like 5 PM 6 PM rush-hour you still very rarely have to wait for equipment and it’s still a nice atmosphere all around because people go in there and get what they need to get done and know what they’re doing. Additionally, the change rooms there were so hot because it was right next to a pool. coming here has just been such a breath of fresh air and as expensive as it is, I will never say that it isn’t worth it because I always look forward to coming. The staff are always kind, It’s so clean and it’s just a great space to be in.

As soon as I got verification of my pregnancy, I decided that I need to physically train.
Gold’s Gym got my attention when their sign’s letter «L» burnt out making it «GOD’S Gym» I thought this must be where Gods and Godesses train so I checked them out
I gave them a call and inquired about their services and if they have a trainer that is suited for prenatal training. They have referred me to Trisha and I have met her the same day. As a fellow mother, she understood my concerns and my goals. We have started training immediately and it was the best decision I have made with all my gym experience. She does her due diligence when it comes to making sure of my safety and my pregnancy. Her expertise and knowledge of the body, the equipment, the techniques, posture– it helps me build my confidence and self-esteem. She pays attention to details to make sure that we build and get stronger and avoid getting hurt. She is very supportive, communicative and chill individual. I respect her professionalism and her as an individual. She makes working out fun and I trust my safety and Trisha’s help to my journey to a healthier and more beautiful me.
I shall write about my good experience regarding the Facilties, the Staffs, and their pricing on a different review

This location has lots of great features, lots of different machines, is pretty spacious, and the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable if you are in need of help. Harris was great! Loved how he was engaging with us from the moment we walked in til the moment we were done our workouts and ready to leave creating a nice welcoming environment! Definitely recommend.
Jasleen Parmar (☆ 5/5)

Very disappointed with the customer service at Gold’s Gym Country Hills. I reported a lost credit card to the front desk weeks ago and was told the issue would be taken care of. Despite that, I was still charged service and late fees. I also emailed their support (ABC Fitness) and never got a reply. When I went back to follow up, the front desk staff refused to help or even provide the manager’s contact information. Extremely unprofessional and irresponsible – they show no accountability or willingness to assist members. Would not recommend based on this experience.

I want to give a big shoutout to Harris at the customer service desk at Gold’s Gym. Every time I come in, he’s welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful. He goes out of his way to make sure members feel comfortable and taken care of, whether it’s answering questions, helping with memberships, or just offering a friendly greeting. Harris brings great energy to the gym and clearly takes pride in what he does. Gold’s is lucky to have him on the team!

I been at golds gym for 4 years and I’ve had Allen as my personal trainer since February 2022 and its been a great experience. Every session we have, he’s been able to push me every time and help me reach my goals. He’s very good at explaining things throughly, giving me a great understanding on what we are doing. I’ve lost 20lb and also gained a good amount of muscle, feeling a lot stronger and better about myself. I highly recommend anyone looking to get a trainer to reach out to Allen!
m manny (☆ 5/5)

Haris has been a huge help since he started at the gym. He’s always around when you need something, and he really knows his stuff. Whether it’s giving tips on workouts or just making sure everyone’s set up with equipment, he’s super chill and approachable. Definitely a solid addition to the team — the gym feels better with him around.

What a huge upgrade compared to the old location! This is my new favourite place to train in Calgary. The amount of equipment and variety is great (belt squat, hack squats, plate loaded hammer strength, lifting platforms and plenty more). Recovery room is really cool too.

The new space is awesome! The lighting, the variety of equipment, and the size of the gym is great. I especially enjoy using the Turf Zone, Recovery Room and hydromassage! What also really stands out for me is the atmosphere, and how amazing everyone is!

Just wanted to share my experience here today signing up with this gym. Not only were all the upfront people there welcoming and had amazing energy right off the bat but specifically the gentlemen I dealt with today Cade. Hassle free experience, very informative and no pushy sales tactics. Got me all the proper information I needed, answered all my questions and got me on a good path with a trainer to help me succeed with the intentions and goals I have and explained to him. Great group and great experience here today and excited for the journey ahead.
Justin (☆ 5/5)

The atmosphere at this gym is always solid, but today I had a chance to speak with Cristina and it added another layer to why I enjoy coming here. In just a short conversation, it was clear how committed she is—not only to her role here, but also to the work she does at a senior care facility and her passion for cooking. She brings a great energy and work ethic that stands out. It’s refreshing to meet people like her who contribute to a space both professionally and positively. It reinforces why this gym continues to be a place I look forward to visiting.

HER GYMVMT Fitness Club – Beacon Heights offers a uniquely positive and supportive environment for women seeking to prioritize their fitness. The atmosphere is consistently welcoming, fostering a sense of community and encouragement that is often lacking in larger, mixed-gender facilities. The team consistently demonstrates a commitment to ensuring a clean and well-maintained space, adding to the overall pleasant experience for all members.
The club’s dedication to member well-being extends beyond the physical aspects of exercise. The staff’s focus on personalized support and motivation is noteworthy, creating a space where individuals feel comfortable and empowered to achieve their fitness goals. The inclusion of amenities such as the sauna elevates the experience, offering a relaxing reward after a demanding workout. The community is amazing.

I’ve been coming here for a while now and absolutely love it The space is always clean, and I highly value that it’s a women-only gym. The staff are so friendly and positive, and there’s a beautiful sense of community among the women here.
Taryn is also an amazing personal trainer. She’s not only knowledgeable and well-spoken, but also warm, bubbly and genuinely invested in helping me reach my goals. She’s taught me how to target specific muscle groups and has customized exercises to align with my personal fitness goals, which I truly appreciate.
The sauna here is also a hugeee bonus after a long intense workout.
My one suggestion would be to consider extended hours, especially during Ramadan. I understand it’s for safety reasons, but it would really help those balancing school/work/fasting 🙂

I’ve had a great experience at this gym! It’s always super clean, well organized, and has a comfortable atmosphere. All trainers are knowledgeable, supportive, and truly care about helping you reach your goals and gladly answer all your questions/concerns . Whether you’re a beginner or more advanced, you’ll feel welcome here.. Huge shout out to Sara and Trista for being incredible trainers…Highly recommend!
Aya (☆ 5/5)

Anything negative I would have said about this gym changed for me about a year ago. It was recommended to me, by a gal working at the front desk, to talk with a trainer. I was put on to Sara V and my whole attitude changed. I have been working with Sara since, at least once a week, and my fitness has improved immensely. What’s that cost? Ask yourself what your health is worth? It’s priceless, and this gym costs less than that! My advice, if you invest in your health it’s one of the best investments you can ever make. I turned 60 last year, and I feel the best and strongest I’ve felt in a long time. You too can get fit again, you can lose weight, you can achieve your goals, you can do whatever you set your mind to, but maybe you need a coach to help you believe that you can do it? I realized that is what I needed, I found it at GYMmovement Beacon Hill. I give 5 stars to the great people I’ve met there. If gals locked their phones in their lockers while they worked out, that would be another star!

I have been coming to GYMVMT for over six years. I have had a great experience each time I have gone. A friendly Good Morning from Khalena at the desk, to Riley and Kristine always calling you by name when they see you. The gym is always clean and people seem to enjoy their workouts having a positive time. Happy people and staff make this gym a great place.
Roxie (☆ 5/5)

I genuinely love coming to this gym. From the moment you walk in, the energy is so positive and welcoming. Khalena at the front desk is absolutely amazing – always warm, friendly, and makes you feel seen and appreciated. Can’t help but smile every time you come in. The whole team is super kind and supportive, and it creates such a comfortable atmosphere. The gym is always super clean, the machines are well maintained, and it never feels overwhelming or intimidating. It’s honestly the kind of place that makes you want to keep showing up. So glad I found it!
Anna (☆ 5/5)

I really enjoy this gym. It’s very clean and well laid out with a wide variety of equipment. There are also numerous classes that members can avail of. I have been more consistent going for my workouts than I ever have in the past and the friendly, calm and supportive atmosphere in this location is certainly one of the reasons. I never feel intimidated or out of place, which has stopped me going to other places in the past. The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Khalena when I manage to get in super early! The IR sauna is heavenly too!
Jennifer Russell (☆ 5/5)

I was a member of this gym for two or three years. I liked that it was a women’s gym and it has very good classes and instructors— especially the spin classes. Only two stars because it’s expensive (about $60 a month/$700 a year). The staff kept calling me girlie for some reason. Some of the instructors will try to motivate you with statements designed to make you question how your body looks instead of encouraging fitness (getting your body ready for summer, etc)— even in yoga classes. When I cancelled, they charged me for two full weeks on the day before my membership ended.

Customer Reviews
I rarely leave reviews but my experience at this gym has been consistently frustrating and disappointing. Many of the machines are broken or in poor condition and it’s clear that maintenance is not a priority. Some equipment has been out of order for weeks with no sign of being fixed.
The front desk staff makes the experience even worse especially. They are completely unprofessional and have zero customer service skills. Anytime you ask a simple question or bring up an issue, they give a rude or dismissive response and then immediately refer you to a manager just to avoid dealing with anything themselves. It’s obvious they just want to get out of helping in any way.
In the evenings, it gets even worse. The staff at that time are usually talking loudly among themselves and there’s often a girl sitting on the upper slab near the front desk with her legs hanging down. It looks extremely unprofessional and awkward for customers walking in to scan their tags. It gives off the impression that no one takes the place or the members seriously.

I have being going to the GoodLife Gym since April last year and have nothing but positive things to say.
The gym is clean, has good number of equipments and busy. Staff are courteous and helpful.
Huge shoutout to my personal trainer Angelina, who is a great support in my wellness journey. She is empathetic, kind and an amazing human and of course a great trainer!!!
Dee H. (☆ 5/5)

I have been coming to the Deerfoot location for 4 years and I like it very much. Very good equipments, the staff are very friendly. Abby and Amanda the night shift ladies are very friendly and always have a good attitude, they always tidy up the gym and make sure it’s clean. They should get a raise!! I would recommend this gym a lot!
Morteza Gharajehlou (☆ 5/5)

To the kind staff, thank you for all you do! You guys and girls are wonderful, the staff get 5/5, always friendly, polite and pleasant! Especially night shift ladies!!
The men’s locker room however… some of these members should have the memberships revoked. No respect for the facility, the employees, nor other members. The sauna stinks so bad some times. To the point you can’t even sit in there, guys go in there with out showering first? Disgusting,. The shower floors filthy, do NOT step on those floors with out sandals.
There are rules for using the sauna, certain individuals do not adhere. Some of these kids here must have maids at home, leaving their towels all over the floor and in the showers?? Always be sure to wipe your machine BEFORE use, I’ve seen so many people, profusely sweating, and not clean it up. I get it is a gym, but let’s try to respect the facility where other individuals also work on their physical fitness, and other people have to work!

First time visiting this GoodLife location and besides it being a very busy gym, it has alot to offer. One of the highlights of this gym is the new recovery room, it’s simply amazing. It has all the tools you need for recovering and healing up for your next day.
The staff have been very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Very good customer service. I was pointed in the right direction and my questions were answered.
Overall, good location, good staff, and full of good workouts.

Gym – ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
The facility and equipment are well maintained, friendly staff, and a wide range of amenities designed to enhance the overall gym experience.
PT Prabul – ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
A Journey of Transformation: It starts with you!
My almost year-long journey with Prabul has been a truly transformative experience. Although this was not my first gym membership, it marked the beginning of a significant personal transformation.
Prabul’s expertise and personalized approach have been instrumental in my progress. His patient guidance and gradual intensity increases have consistently pushed me beyond my perceived limits. Additionally, his respectful demeanor and attentiveness to my concerns made me feel at ease throughout our sessions.
As well, Prabul is more than just a trainer – he has been a mentor, offering invaluable advice that extends far beyond the gym. His unwavering dedication to his craft is truly inspiring, along with his commitment to continuous learning and self-improvement. His constant pursuit of new techniques and knowledge is reflected in both his training methods and the insights he shares during our sessions. As well, I have witness his dedication firsthand, as he works out diligently outside of his training hours. This commitment sets a high standard for both himself and his clients.
Achieving results ultimately depends on personal effort. While a trainer provides support and guidance, the real work comes from within. As such, I am incredibly grateful for Prabul’s expertise, unwavering support, and encouragement. He has not only helped me achieve physical strength and fitness but has also instilled a sense of discipline and motivation. I am more confident, healthier, and stronger than ever before!

Extremely predatory with billing. The «bi weekly» bill payments seem to come out within less of a week of each other most of the time. When I signed up they drained over $120 from my bank and when confronted, they said it was «policy» and «sign up fees».. I signed up during a promo, there wasn’t supposed to be that hefty of fees, I was told it would be reduced by 50% . The last straw with them is this last week when they’ve charged me $105.
Seriously. Unless you just dont care about your money or being stolen from, do not do business with this gym.

Mark has been my trainer for the last 1.5 year. I am so grateful for his knowledge and expertise. He has truly positively impacted my fitness journey and helped me reach my goals along with that’s he’s helped me overcome a disability and helped me through my road to recovery. I highly recommend him as a trainer to anyone looking to start their fitness journey and looking for an expert. He’s the reason why I come to this gym.
Jasleen Dhillon (☆ 5/5)

The equipment is nice. It is a clean gym but the reason I gave it one star is 1- Their staff is rude, they never greet, never even smile and standing there like they are statues. 2- This is the issue with all the GoodLife gyms is that they have most unfit people hired at their reception. Basic requirement that should be to work at a gym is you gotta be fit and people should be motivated by looking at you, not that you are extremely overweight. This is a big failure from GoodLife. You can love your body as much as you can but if you are not fit you are not eligible to workout at a gym. Moreover even their trainers are not that fit.
Amrinder Singh (☆ 1/5)

Really good atmosphere and feels very clean. All the staff are very friendly and kind and make you feel safe regardless of what time you come in.
I really would love to see the turf zone area improve and have Calisthenics Equipment with Ball Accessories like the other GoodLifes out there to be able to do some wall balls, dead man hangs and weighted body exercises.

I joined GoodLife in December 2024 to get working on my fitness goals and I started training with Mark in January. So far it’s been awesome, he’s been pretty patient with me explaining what workouts work for me and my goals and answering any questions or doubts I may have. He also has been helping me push my limits and I’ve seen a lot of improvement in the way I look and feel in the past few months I’ve been training with Mark. Totally recommend GoodLife Sunridge and PT with Mark!
Danielle Brown (☆ 5/5)

Heylen is amazing! When you have a specific goals she creates a wicked workout plan for you and helps you achieve your target. She monitors your progress and isn’t afraid to push you a little further when she knows you can do it. She’s a great motivator! When I first started at the gym I was nervous. I was never a gym-goer type of person. While working with Heylen, I have gained comfortability with attending and rather enjoy going now. She has helped me not only by achieving my goals but also by building my confidence.

I don’t have enough words to say how thankful I am with the staff of this gym, especially Mark. I’ve been training with him under a contract for almost a year now and I can tell it has been the best decision and investment of my life. I never thought I would make it this far, but Mark truly helps you push yourself to the limits, something you don’t always accomplish on your own. If you look forward to changing your life in the best way possible, Mark is the one to assist you. Truly a professional!
Alan Randeles (☆ 5/5)

I get personal training from Mark and he is amazing. Not only did he take a consultative approach around what my goals are, but he is consistently tailoring the workout uniquely to me.
Overall I very happy not only with the personal trading but also the facility.

Great gym with top-notch facilities, but what really makes it stand out is the front desk service. Kat is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always has a smile on her face. She goes out of her way to make everyone feel comfortable and taken care of. A fantastic first impression every time I walk in!

Avoid GYMVMT. This gym uses misleading contracts, hidden fees, and scare tactics to trap customers.
I signed a personal training and gym membership in person but was never walked through what I was agreeing to. I had no idea I was paying for fitness classes, and no one showed me how to use the services. I only found out I had access to them months later.
I requested a copy of my signed contract multiple times and was only sent signature pages — never the full agreement. I didn’t receive the full signed contract until June 25, 2025 — over seven months later. That’s when I finally understood what I had signed and exercised my right to cancel, as allowed under Alberta’s Consumer Protection Act (Section 27 gives you 10 days to cancel after receiving the full agreement).
Instead of honouring that, they responded with collection threats and pressure tactics.
GYMVMT’s entire approach is built on confusion, omission, and intimidation. They delay contract delivery, fail to explain services, and aggressively pursue customers who try to cancel legally.
Do not sign anything with this gym. Demand the full contract up front. Read everything. Know your rights. And if they pull the same tactics on you — report them to Service Alberta.
Melissa Knightley (☆ 1/5)

This has been a great gym to be a part of for years, they have a great atmosphere, a wonderful range of equipment, and friendly staff. I see a lot of negative reviews, but it seems that it’s from people not asking questions to the staff about what they are signing up for, then getting upset when they are held to the terms and conditions they didn’t read.
I sat with a Fitness Consultant when I had signed up and they made sure that I felt listened to when it came to figuring out what membership type would work best for my needs. I love the Renovations that were done, the flow is very nice, and the addition of a wall of photos of the Personal Trainers with QR codes to book with them is quite nice. I’m so bad with names but now don’t have to go ask their name for the 10th time hehe. I see the Trainers out on the floor with clients, and even chatting with other members is so nice and adds to a stand out feeling of people getting excited to workout, and that community feeling.
I’d for sure recommend this place, best gym I have come across yet and the staff are all so nice. They even have a CrossFit area and the classes that I had attended were welcoming and the instructors made things feel less intimidating to get into! With group fitness coming back to this location it’s really my favourite gym!
Iris D (☆ 5/5)

I really like the gym 5 star for me because most probably this I considered my 2nd home to distress myself. I just hate the personal trainer his name is Josiah who approached me unethically and pinpoint I’m dropping too much weights on machine. I don’t know, I don’t usually use spotter and sometimes weights vary to your body condition and can’t control the machine. I think he considered me destroying the machine. He should approached me in a nice way and talked privately. I was just disappointed. Anyways this is my favorite gym it’s just my first time that personal trainer approached me that way. Please advise we pay our yearly facility to secure the facility is in good shape.
Emir Conanan (☆ 1/5)

It’s been an incredible gym experience, and I’ve successfully encouraged many of my friends and colleagues to join. However, it’s unfortunate that they don’t have any other branches outside of the province. I currently work with the Canadian Armed Forces and am transferring to New Brunswick. While I’m sad to leave, I can confidently say that this gym has been fantastic for the past year and a half. I highly recommend it to anyone considering switching or joining a gym. Thanks a bunch, guys!
William Cameron (☆ 5/5)

I’ve been going to Fit4Less for over four years, but lately, I’ve been feeling the need for a change. The crowd there just isn’t it for me anymore. While I’ve met some great people, I want a gym that feels more like a community—somewhere I’m surrounded by like-minded individuals who take their health as seriously as I do.
It also doesn’t hurt to have a little extra motivation—being around driven, active people (especially beautiful women) makes the grind even better. Plus, it’d be nice to meet someone who shares my lifestyle.
I decided to give GYMVNT a shot since it’s only five minutes from my place, and so far, I’m impressed. The space is massive, the equipment is top-tier, and I love that there are plenty of areas to stretch and train without feeling crowded. I’m still getting into a consistent routine there, but I’m looking forward to seeing who else trains here.
Pasob Phommarath (☆ 5/5)

I’ve recently re-entered the gym after recovering from a car accident a couple of years ago, and while I’m excited to be back, the state of the women’s change room is extremely disappointing.
The bathroom stalls often look like they haven’t been properly cleaned, with visible urine on the walls. The showers clearly go untouched for long periods—if you leave a hair tie in a stall, it’s still there a week later. Hard water buildup is caked on, which could easily be removed with simple cleaning solutions like Dawn and vinegar. The women’s steam room is constantly out of order, and I’ve seen the same chunk of hair sitting on the drain for a week.
I have advised staff more than once, but nothing seems to change. A facility like this should prioritize cleanliness, especially in shared spaces where hygiene is crucial. I really hope management takes this seriously and improves their cleaning standards.

Best gym. What makes it the neat gym are its people. All equipment will break down. Every gym will need maintenance but the staff care and are so accommodating
A special shout out to Pam and Carla. The most welcoming and positive people I have seen. They are always smiling and welcoming to everyone that walks into the gym. Their dedication to making your experience great is real and authentic! Thank you to everyone that works there. ! Such an amazing group of people

Like every gym it can get crowed and there always seems to be a piece of equipment that’s out of service but overall it’s a decent gym with a quality staff. Parking is brutal during busy times as the underground spaces seem quite small.
John Smith (☆ 4/5)

the staff are a bit like NPCs, which gives the gym a strange atmosphere. I’ve only been once, so take with a grain of salt. They’re very stingy about the complimentary first session anymore unless you hand over lots of time and your contact info and start some sort of involved relationship with the sales person?
I don’t care for overly nice staff but I would prefer a bit of kindness I think, it just feels like they talk at you instead of to you. Otherwise, gym is okay, pretty standard, looks really nice outside but is just alright inside, disappointing a bit
aly (☆ 3/5)

I came in yesterday because Ive been needing to exercise for a while now, and my oh my did these 2 young gentlemen help me. Alexander and Hamza talked me through the facilities and equipment at the gym, and not only did they do that, but they motivated me even more to finally exercise and live the lifestyle I have always wanted to live. Ensuring that my visits to GoodLife aren’t ones to be missing out on. These 2 angels are blessings to earth, PROTECT THEM AT ALL COSTS.
Adam Rahuma (☆ 5/5)

I’ve been going to this location for 2yrs now, mostly out of convenience. If there was any other gym on my way to work that was open overnight/earlier in the morning I’d switch.
I understand that it’s a busy location and members are going to be a little rough on the equipment, but what I don’t understand is why it takes so long to have things repaired.. they finally fixed the mat in the stretch zone after more than a year of there being a hole. The wall in the turf zone has definitely seen better days, wonder if that will ever be fixed.
I come at roughly the same time on the same days every week and it just seems like the staff are either burnt out or don’t care about the gym anymore. It makes me sad that this is what it has come to. The turn over on overnight staff makes me wonder if they are supported or appropriated enough as they would be easy people to forget about during daytime..
I appreciate the extra steps in the mornings I now have to take while hunting down the 2.5lb plates or attachments for the cables, but honestly miss the way the previous overnight guy, Robbie, used to organize the gym. I also miss having Justine greet me on my way out every morning because her positive attitude and friendliness always made me feel better about heading into work in the mornings. Alex who also works mornings is always cheery on my way out as well!
On a positive note, the variety of equipment and machines is good enough to get a solid workout in. I would love to see another smith machine and hack squat but a girl can dream haha
Veronica O'Brien (☆ 3/5)

The gym is always overcrowded, and there’s not enough equipment available. Some machines are often broken, which makes things worse. It feels more like a city-run facility than a private gym that values customer service and quality. I’ve never experienced excellent service here. My workouts should take an hour, but they often stretch to two because I have to wait in line for equipment.
Bashar Zidan (☆ 1/5)

I want to give a big shout-out to Bosun who works the overnight shift at the front desk. He is always friendly, welcoming, and attentive, no matter the hour. His positive attitude makes coming to the gym at night a great experience and he always makes sure the gym is clean for us early morning risers.
Truly appreciate his hard work and dedication!
