Had pot lights installed recently by Jason and Domenic and the experience was smooth overall. The team was efficient, got the work done in a reasonable timeframe, and kept the space clean throughout. They were also good communicators, which made the process straightforward. No issues, and everything was handled professionally.

Amazing experience with Gravity! Cody and Anton came to change our lights into pot lights and both were very skillful, professional, and kind!! Took the time to provide advice on location of lighting and provided education on use/upkeep. Very impressed with their quality of care and efficiency - they were able to put up 14 potlights and 2 pendants in one day with new switches and dimmers without needing to make additional holes in the ceiling. Beautiful work- we are very happy.

Amazing service from Jason and the crew. Before picture shows old light with the other 2 the new track lighting system to open up the space and ceiling height. Way brighter now even with system on ceiling especially when darker outside in early morning when I wake up. They finished quicker than anticipated so was cheaper than quote. Cleaned up and took great care of space they were working in by working around island with scaffolding. They did such a great job I am having them back for another job to fix one more problem area going upstairs in the condo plus to highlight the art. If you are looking for electrical these are your guys. Highly recommended, true professionals. Update I had them come back again for another job that Jason knocked out of the park which is last picture. Total professionals. But the thing that got me they had to use a ladder system to install this light and there is a vent high up I could never reach to clean. Yet I forgot to ask, so when I came home when finish I said oh, I should have asked you to clean that vent before you took system down. Much to my surprise Jason said already done. I saw it and knew it needed to be done. That is the extra caring factor you have with this company plus the amazing work and fair prices. I will never use another electrical company in Calgary just based on this cleaning the vent. Employees that care you can't always find.

I had pot lights installed through Gravity, and the experience was excellent. The electrician arrived right at 8 AM, offered great recommendations on what would work best for my space, and got to work right away. He installed a total of 15 pot lights, working until 3 PM, and now my space is brighter than ever. I really appreciate their professionalism and quality of work—highly recommend them. Thank you!

Gravity installed a new panel and upgraded our service. Jason and crew arrived promptly each day (2 day job) and sent a text message in advance to remind us of the appointment. On day 2, they worked late to finish the job (11 hours that day). I had quotes from 4 contractors for this job and Gravity was the least expensive. I worried a bit that "you get what you pay for", but everything was executed to my satisfaction.

Arranging an electrician through Gravity was a great experience. There was enough communication before the appointment to make sure the scope of work was clearly defined and expectations set. Tosh, our electrician, arrived promptly and was very professional. He took the time to explain the root cause and the fix and the estimated cost. I’ve used Gravity Electrical in the past and I plan to use them in the future as well!
