Update review: March 28 The owner reached out to me after he heard what happened below, apologized and offered me free sessions. I went for my first treatment yesterday and I am happy with the care that was provided. It was highly informative and Dr. Taylor made sure I was comfortable throughout my first consultation. I am looking forward to my next visit and also trying the other services they provide. The place is immaculate and the staff helpful and accommodating. March 8 I booked an appointment on March 1 and on the day of received a call from their office saying the chiropractor was sick. So we had moved my appointment to March 8 - today. Upon arriving there I was greeted by the receptionist and she looked perplexed when I gave her my name. They didn’t have me in their calendar and could not even accommodate me today. Waste of my time and effort booking, re-booking and even filling up the patient intake form for this kind of customer care. If I could give zero stars I would.

Encompass Sports therapy is extremely professional workplace. Joel, my massage therapist is extremely knowledgeable and experienced, every time after my session there my back would feel like brand new. Highly recommend this place.

Mary has treated my daughter, myself, and now my 86 year old mother. She takes the time to listen and ask questions in order to seek the best individualized treatment path. I would highly recommend her to anyone requiring physio.

I have been going to Encompass Sports Therapy for many years and always receive amazing services. Dr. Mike Belding is such an incredible Chiropractor who always has the most up to date evidence backed treatments that have helped me and my family so much. He definitely goes above and beyond and I am thankful to have him as my Chiropractor.

First experience with Encompass was great! Dr. Kate Hawkins, she is fantastic! Extremely informative, straight forward. Both of the front receptionists were also helpful and kind! Going forward, I will be always attend my needs here!
