Crescent Heights Dental Clinic

Everyone at the clinic is absolutely amazing. My experience with dentists since I moved to calgary over 20 years ago has been less than stellar, but the whole team at crescent heights is beyond exceptional. Best experience I’ve had all the way from reception, to hygienist, to dentist. I needed a lot of work done and at other clinics I felt so judged but everyone has been so kind, compassionate and talked to me like a person. I was so comfortable with everyone that I fell asleep (more than once) while getting work done! Can’t recommend enough, so glad I chose crescent heights as my new dentists.

I received the best dental care I have ever experienced in my life here. Dr. Newbert is a very caring doctor who explained everything to me very clearly. Wonderful treatment by all the staff. This has truly made a massive improvement on my health. Highly recommend

I’ve been going here for a couple of years and the entire team is wonderful. They are professional, organized, and deliver great service. My dental hygienist, Karen, is knowledgeable, efficient, and kind. She always shows compassion in her service and makes me feel as comfortable as possible. On my last visit I had a filling replaced by Dr. Leung and he did an excellent job. He would share what he was doing/would be doing next so I could be kept in the loop.

Please tell me I am not the only adult who’s still afraid of seeing dentists, therefore, I’ve been waited for 5-6 years until I found Crescent height Dental. I’ve done 2 appts with them already, one was tooth removal, and another one was teeth cleaning. The entire clinic has a welcoming environment and makes me feel safe and comfortable there. Like what I’ve mentioned, it took me 6 years to make the decision to go see a dentist again to get my teeth cleaned. I was panicking the very first, Aileen, the Dental Hygienist, calmed me down by using her humours. She also ensured to keep checking in with me throughout the entire cleaning process to apply on-time anesthetic on my sensitive gum. My first time visiting the dental clinic was to get my cracked tooth removed. Dr. Genevieve Braganza and Jessica also made me feel the tooth removal was not as terrifying as what I imagined. Natasha, the coordinator, also helped me with my payment. She was patient and gentle. The entire clinic deserves a 5-star review surely 🙂

Great experience. Loved that the dentist walked me through the entire process and checked in with me often. Also love my new mouth guard and the fit of it. Very thorough service throughout.

I’ve been to other dental practices over the years with my kids (this being the third in Calgary) and I have to say this clinic is exceptional! I needed a clinic that direct billed a very specific plan and they were one of the few that did so. The dentist dealt with my kids in a very approachable manner and made sure to ask for my input in regards to their dental care. They even accommodate evening appointments so I don’t have to pull my kids out of school early to disrupt their learning. Most other clinics close by 3pm. This is so awesome!

I have just recently become a client of Crescent Heights Dental Clinic, attending appointments for cleaning, check-up and a minor procedure. The service here is outstanding! All staff are professional and welcoming, providing great information and assistance. Dr. Leung was thorough, provided step by step information as he completed the procedure and was so friendly and relaxed. Esmeralda and Aileen are real gems - caring and so kind! This is a top notch dental clinic - I highly recommend it to anyone requiring this service!
