"I had a very positive experience with the doctor's office. The doctor and nurse who assisted me were absolutely amazing - they were knowledgeable, caring, and made me feel at ease. However, one area that could be improved is the waiting time. As a patient who travels from far away, I made sure to arrive on time for my appointment, and I would appreciate it if the office could respect my time in the same way. Perhaps there's a way to streamline the scheduling process or provide more accurate wait time estimates? Overall, though, I was very impressed with the quality of care I received, and I look forward to my next appointment."

I had a very disappointing experience during my recent visit. I arrived 15 minutes early for my daughter’s 2:20 appointment and checked in as instructed. My daughter was clearly very sick and started throwing up while we were waiting. Instead of offering assistance or showing compassion, the staff repeatedly told me to take her to the bathroom—even though I was already struggling to hold her in one arm and a tray in the other. We ended up waiting for over an hour while several people who arrived after us were called in. When I asked why we hadn’t been seen yet, the staff casually responded with, "I don’t know, maybe you didn’t get checked in," even though I had clearly done so. The lack of empathy, communication, and organization was extremely frustrating, especially under such stressful circumstances with a sick child. This is not the level of care I expected, and I hope they take steps to improve their service and patient handling.

I had a small vein near my eye that had been bothering me — and thanks to Dr. Morgan at Calgary Vein and Laser Clinic, it’s completely gone. She was kind, thoughtful, and really listened to me. Every step felt clear and safe. No side effects — just clean, beautiful skin now. I’m genuinely grateful The treatment honestly exceeded my expectations.

Been seeing Dr Young and team for over 10 years for sclerotherapy. Moved provinces during this time and still come back to Calgary Vein and Laser for my treatments. Beautiful, clean clinic. Friendly, professional nurses and reception! Always enjoy my visits and am always happy with my results.

Overall a good experience as I wanted someplace I didn’t need a referral for the issues that my teenager was having and this place was recommended. It was very busy reception area and the wait was a bit longer than I expected (1/2) even with the warning "label" at the check in area. Dr. we saw was helpful and recommended products, and while they were over the counter products they were a bit difficult to find. Required a couple attempts at different pharmacies. Overall the first visit was good and will have a better sense of service after follow up visit.

The staff here is very knowledgeable, fast and friendly. The doctors and nurses have taken great care of my nephew skin care needs. My nephew did not feel scared at all because of the doctors and nurses being so friendly and taking their time to explain the procedure made my nephew at ease plus we have already started to see great results. I highly recommend this clinic 🙂

I’ve had several treatments done here, from varilite to Botox to sclerotherapy. The staff here are both upbeat and professional. Morgan is fabulous-so knowledgeable and detail-oriented-and the nurses I’ve dealt with thus far, particularly Clara and Nadine, are very friendly and thorough. Very happy with the service (and the results)!
