I wish i could leave zero stars. I don’t often leave bad reviews, but after our experience with this specialist’s office, I feel it’s necessary to share our story to hopefully prevent others from going through the same distress. My father has been battling cancer, and during his treatment, he developed a sudden and severe skin reaction. Instead of taking the time to thoroughly investigate, the office hastily diagnosed him with eczema. It wasn’t until later that we found out he was actually suffering from a fungal skin infection, something that should have been identified early on. This misdiagnosis not only delayed proper treatment but added unnecessary stress and discomfort to an already difficult time. From the start, the staff have been consistently rude, dismissive, and insensitive. There is an utter lack of compassion in the way patients are treated here. Today was the breaking point. My father was seven minutes late for his appointment due to circumstances beyond his control the underground parking facility recommended by their office had a broken payment machine, creating a line and preventing people from exiting. Despite this, the staff made no effort to understand or accommodate. We were simply told that the doctor had already gone to lunch and that there was nothing they could do. It’s one thing to have policies, but another to show basic human decency, especially when dealing with vulnerable patients who are fighting for their health. This office has consistently shown they are more concerned with time slots than the well-being of the people they’re supposed to be helping. I would not recommend this facility to anyone looking for thoughtful, compassionate, or attentive care. Patients deserve better.

Dr. Swiegers and the team at the clinic are amazing. She removed four NF tumors, and I honestly can’t explain how much confidence I’ve gotten back because of her. I’m so thankful for her care, skill, and how she handled everything. And the front desk girls? Always friendly and welcoming. Thank you!

Highly recommend this location for your skin care needs. I have had botox before and after coming here a year ago I was so surprised to see the difference the RN, Aesthetic injector can make. I am a repeating customer and recently had botox done again by Bretton McMurdo. She is so amazing and very personable, she makes my face look so youthful and lifted in the right spots. Please if your thinking of getting this done, book with her you will be so happy with the results!

My family and I have been patients for many years and the care and attention for all concerns or treatment is always of the highest professional standards. I would not go to any to other clinic. Dr Jansen is always very direct and conservative in her approach, which is rare, very much appreciated and trusted. The staff are all highly trained and adhere to the same high standards.

Our doctor sent a referral for us to see a dermatologist. We drove 2.5 hours to the clinic. As the appointment evolved, it became clear this doctor was not a dermatologist. He was very friendly but unfortunately was not equipped to answer our concerns. After some research we realized he is a family physician with a specialty in sports medicine. We feel like we were totally misled. Upon inquiring the next day we were informed there is only one dermatologist at the clinic and if/when you get to see him, you get 10 minutes. We won't be back.

You cannot go wrong with any of the estheticians or doctors at Papillon. All are highly educated , knowledgeable and super kind. Bretton is a master at her craft and I always look forward to my appointments with her. The front desk is also awesome at helping you choose the many products they carry. Be sure to go to the next open house as that's where you see the magic .

Had a skin lesion excised a couple months ago. Staff was super pleasant to deal with. they were very transparent about any complications or scarring that might be left behind with this type of procedure which I was fine with. However after following the after care instructions it has now healed over perfectly and my skin looks great. Thank you!!
