We have been with this clinic for almost 3 years and although we did not achieve pregancy through them, I just wanted to say it was lovely to get to experience our baby journey with Dr. P and his team. His wife is also beyond amazing. Although the clinic went through many staff changeovers and wait times were a little long at times. We were always greeted with smiles and optimism. I am sad to say we will not be with this clinic anymore as we are pregnant using a donor outside of the clinic. Thank you Dr. P, your wife & your team for trying your best to make our dreams come true. I would recommend this clinic, if you want kind, compassionate care with the best optimism. As doctor P said, the only ones that done get pregnant are the ones that stop trying! ♥️

We are overjoyed to share that our first IVF attempt with Dr. Pirwany and his incredible team was a success! From the very beginning, the entire process was smooth, well-explained, and handled with the utmost professionalism. Dr. Pirwany’s expertise and compassionate approach gave us confidence, while his staff provided prompt responses, clear guidance, and genuine support at every step. The clinic’s attention to detail, organized scheduling, and warm environment made a challenging journey feel manageable and even hopeful. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and are deeply grateful for the care we received. Highly recommend this clinic to anyone seeking fertility treatment! Thank you, Dr. Pirwany and team—you’ve made our dreams come true!

I am writing this review with the caveat that we were ultimately able to achieve our goal and have our baby. If the only thing that matters to you is the outcome, then yes, the clinic helped us get there. However, the overall experience was far from smooth, and I believe it’s important to share the challenges we faced. Fertility treatments are already an emotionally,. financially and physically demanding process, but unfortunately, this clinic did little to make it any easier. Limited Doctor Interaction: You rarely see the doctor, and when you do, the encounters feel rushed and impersonal. It seems like they may have too many patients, which impacts the level of care and attention provided. Terrible Punctuality: Scheduling appointments was extremely frustrating. I once had to wait four hours past my appointment time to be seen. This made planning around work and personal life incredibly stressful. Inefficient Communication System: The clinic insists that all communication must go through their app, but the app frequently crashes. When you call for help, they just tell you to use the app creating a frustrating cycle, especially when timely responses are critical for treatment. Lack of Follow-Up: After my first beta test, no one called me with the results. After my second, I had to chase them down with multiple calls, only to finally get a response when I became visibly frustrated. My medication was running out, and I had no guidance. The nurse’s response? "Well, don’t you have access to your Alberta Health ID?" Even if I did, I’m not a doctor; Google can only take you so far. Finding out I was pregnant in such a detached manner after so much struggle was incredibly disappointing. The one shining light in all of this was Nurse Sunshine. She is the definition of what a nurse should be compassionate, supportive, and genuinely invested in her patients. Her kindness made a significant difference in our journey, and I cannot thank her enough. While we are grateful for our baby, the journey was far more stressful than it needed to be. This is a paid service and I hope this clinic improves its processes because no one should have to experience unnecessary frustration on top of an already difficult fertility journey

DO NOT GO HERE. THEY WANT TO DECIEVE YOU INTO BELIEVING YOU ARE BROKEN SO THEY CAN SELL YOU IVF AND DONOR EGGS. They look for the smallest issue, turn it into a huge issue, crush you, decieve you, and tell you the only hope is IVF with donor eggs - I got pregnant naturally the very next month. I self-referred here (first mistake) because I hadnt gotten pregnant after only 4 months of trying. All my partners and I tests came back perfect except for my AMH was low. The doctor didn't even call me back, instead he got some random lady to call me and told me "you have old ovaries and a grandma uterus" "your only hope is through IVF with donor eggs". I found this hard to believe so I did an insurmountable amount of research with accredited medical Institutes which concluded that 1. AMH alone IS NOT a marker of fertility (it is a marker used to measure reactiveness to IVF treatment, and yes while it marks egg QUANTITY, it does not reflect egg QUALITY). 2. Breastfeeding can suppressed AMH, it can take upto 12 months for the hypothalomic-ovarian axis to return to normal (so, upto a year for this number to be correctly reflected). My AMH level was not interfering with my fertility at all, it was because I was breastfeeding - this was confirmed by me getting pregnant the very next cycle WITHOUT any intervention. The clinic knew all of this and instead of explaining this, chose to prey on my insecurity and told me i was completely broken, and my only option was their most expensive treatment - because, think about it, if you're a private co.pany selling a service, you would definitely be incentivised to sell your most profitable product - even at the expense of desperate, vulnerable people looking for help. This establishment operates under sinister principals and only wants your money at the expense of your hopes and dreams. This is not okay - DO NOT GO HERE.

We were referred to Oasis last summer and were really excited to start our journey to have a baby through this clinic. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely frustrating. The communication from the clinic is very poor. They make everything very difficult and don’t give answers when you ask. I called and sent messages and many times, I never got any replies. We had ONE meeting with the doctor that lasted about 10 minutes. I had several tests done between July-September and never got ANY results until October. We were told in October that I had "no eggs" but my uterus was a great candidate for IVF. They pushed hard for us to use a donor egg which we did not feel comfortable with at all. After absolutely no follow up after our telephone conversation with the doctor for next steps, except the list of fees, we decided to give up on our dreams of having a baby. Fast forward to December and we are pregnant naturally. Furthermore, my 2nd ultrasound revealed that I have fibroids which the doctor at Oasis said I didn’t have. And clearly I do have eggs since I am pregnant naturally. It seems that all they want is money and I’m extremely disturbed that they gave me the completely wrong results for my tests. Did they get my file confused with someone else? I don’t recommend this place at all.

We struggled with Infertility for 5 years and eventually switched from an Edmonton clinic and went to Oasis. Dr. Pirwany was very open to ideas we had right from the start. It for sure was not a one size fits all type of clinic which we needed. The nurses and receptionist were always so kind and helpful in anyway they could be. Our IVF journey was difficult, but they made us feel supported. Thank you Oasis!

On our third session of IUI, we were able to get pregnant. So happy and grateful to the effort given by the Oasis staff and Dr. Pirwany to make our pregnancy journey come true. There are some issues along the way, but the staff are prompt to address them. The nursing staff are caring, friendly, and will make you feel at ease. To those who are trying to get pregnant, hopefully you will also try to stay positive and trust the process that the Oasis rendered. They may not be perfect, but they do their best to give good services. The things that you need to expect: -You can wait up to 2 hours from your scheduled appointment. -They will send a message that they faxed the prescription to the pharmacy, but it was not received after going to the pharmacy to pick up the medication. You should call the pharmacy first so that you will not waste your time. - Referral to a primary GP would take 1 week to process. Upon appointment, they will tell you that they will send the referral to the GP. I told them that I have an appointment booked 2 days after the appointment with them and said great. After going to the GP, my GP has not received any referral from them. It took a week for them to process the referral. The annoying part is, they will call you about information about your GP, which has been sent 11 months ago in the portal. They should improve their clerical work.
