Overall everything is very good except the receptionist she is very rude and disrespectful. She don’t even greet when you come to the clinic . I don’t know why she’s working here if you are working then be respectful. Thanks

I was excited to see the doctor that I was referred to. I am an anxious patient who called the office for some clarification on my referral, because it was initially supposed to be an urgent referral and I have not heard anything since being referred months ago. The receptionist was very rude and unprofessional. I am someone who works as a medical receptionist too, and I was appalled by the way the receptionist spoke to me. If she really is not able to give out certain information, Instead of politely explaining what their policies are and listening to what I was trying to say, and giving a more empothetic response, she just yelled and snapped at me and was unprofessional. So for this reason I will be seeing my doctor to be referred somewhere else.

I cannot say enough good things about this clinic. I had an incredibly difficult and unexpected pregnancy just before a planned hysterectomy that required me to be closely followed with many complications. There was a ton of unknown surrounding my birth plan and every visit left me feeling reassured and calm. I am so thankful that this was my clinic because I saw all three doctors here and everyone was brilliant and kind. All the staff was wonderful and always got back to me after I left a message with non urgent questions or booked me in without issue. I would not have my beautiful baby girl if it weren't for the doctors here. I am grateful and appreciative of you all!

I delivered a year ago but thought I’d share my experience. Most of the staff is great, I know a lot of comments say the reception is rude but she was professional with me. Not everyone needs to be bubbly. I was disappointed about the rudeness I received from the blonde nurse and Dr. Lamb on my last appt at 40+3. Can you really get bitter at a very pregnant patient when she asks you to retake BP with BP cuff placed correctly? Like sure there’s probably not much difference but still, if you tell someone who’s very pregnant and anxious that their BP is over 200/100 then of course they will want to have it retaken… can you really blame me for asking that? So the nurse got rude and bitter with me after and Dr Lamb was rude when she walked in. My delivery team also had no idea of my baby’s estimated birth weight and neither did I… which shows that communication from this office is poor. I hope things improve.

They have brought on extra secretary help! The front runs much smoother. The new secretary is personalable and hard working. First lady I met has been on the phones doing that daunting work, Thank you ladies. Dr Steed is professional and courteous! He seems actually care. He does his research, so he's ready for your visit.
