I have been getting my massages here over 2 years & i have tried different masseuses. All have their own unique style & really go above & beyond. I have recently stuck to Tray Best & Ella .. They are so knowledgeable. Ella this time shared a few exercises to strengthen my pelvis area as she identified the issue accurately. I always come back home relaxed & pain free. Highly recommend getting your massages here!!

I had a truly wonderful experience with Ella Xinwei Zhou. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel comfortable and cared for. Her calm presence, professionalism, and genuine attentiveness really stood out. Ella took the time to understand where I was holding tension and tailored the massage perfectly to what my body needed. Her technique was both gentle and deeply effective. I left feeling relaxed, realigned, and so much lighter. She has a rare gift for healing through touch, and I’m so grateful I found her. Highly recommend her to anyone seeking a skilled and compassionate massage therapist.

Great little independent massage therapy spot in downtown Calgary! They were able to fit me in last minute and accommodate my last minute appointment. I e had chronic neck pain for years and Lawrena listened to what my issues were and then gave me the best targeted neck and back treatment I’ve ever had. Highly recommend Lawrena and Hands on! Thank you

Went for a massage with Ella. Was not given aftercare directions or informed that the treatment and recovery would be very painful.
Edit: Tammy has been very kind and helpful in providing a refund. I also want to note that I did not agree to a "deep tissue" massage and that I told Ella multiple times during the massage that I was in pain.

The best little massage boutique in Calgary. Place is very clean and relaxing. Therapists are very kind, personable (they really listen and get to know you) and of course great at giving massages! They check in with you about the intensity levels and make sure you are comfortable throughout the whole massage.
Service is always top notch (when you call, someone answers). I recently made some calls to adjust appointments, and Tammy was able to offer solutions on the spot. Despite not meeting her, I felt like she knew me and was very understanding of my situation.
In addition to the excellent service, clean facility, and highly professional staff, they treat each patient with kindness and understanding.

Hands-on massage is a hidden gem in the Beltline Calgary … such a unique group of practitioners, all with their own specialty and style
There is a magic in this small brick building with a lot of of generosity from heart and sensitivity for what the body needs in any given moment
I have had several massages here and I would highly recommend both Trey and Ella if you would like deep pressure massages Both practitioners have amazing skills to transform the body in mind
The whole team is fabulous !, and you can’t go wrong here…really good vibes all around❤️

Honestly, I liked the service. But there wasn’t any instruction given, the lady Tanya just left the room & when I asked her a question she & the male receptionist started laughing. She could figure out my awkwardness and she started justifying that we just had a day blah blah. To sum it up be professional & if someone is coming for the first time give clear instructions rather than mocking & brushing it off
