I’ve been going to Exige Medi Spa for about 10 years. Even when I try other places because of scheduling or booking issues, I always end up coming back. The team is just solid. Super professional, really consistent, and they actually care.
They also include a bunch of extras without charging more — things like cupping, cold stone face massage (so good), and foot masks. Most other places charge for that kind of stuff.
Honestly, it’s just one of those places that never lets you down. I always leave feeling better.

We had an amazing experience with their Thai and prenatal massage services. From the warm towel welcome to the chocolate treat at the end, every detail was thoughtfully planned. Our therapists were Francy and Lynn and they were fantastic and matched the high standards we experienced in Thailand. It’s a bit expensive but worth it. I wish they also have direct billing. Truly impressed with the customer service and quality—finally found a place that gives a similar, authentic experience!

Lynn is an incredible and gifted RMT. I’ve bounced around a couple of places and can soundly say she is the best service provider I’ve been to.
She has an excellent level of anatomical knowledge and brings a holistic approach to her work - which for me is very much appreciated. She is extremely intuitive and works "with" her clients’ bodies, a far cry from "on". It’s meditative, restorative and deeply therapeutic.
I leave each session finding more space and freedom in my body and she has helped tremendously in my every day life. Can’t say enough good things about her.
The location and quality of supplies and equipment used are excellent, overall at a very high standard and it’s evident how much pride she and this business take in their craft.
I will be back many more times and will be looking forward to each session.

It was an amazing experience at the Exige spa with Jim for a deep tissue massage. From when I arrived at the spa to when I left I was treated with pristine kindness and a great quality service. Definitely recommend.

I got a deep tissue massage from Lynn yesterday as my back was really tight. She did an amazing job getting deep into those tight areas and releasing some of the tension. I would highly recommend this place to anyone needing a massage. I'll definitely be back.

Exige truly knows how to run a business. From the moment that you walk in, the receptionist is kind and professinal. You get a clip board where you can select your preferences and free add ons, and a hot hand towel. I had Lynn as my massage therapist. I was truly blown away by how skilled she is. I came in feeling in pain and sore, and left without any muscle tightness or joint pain. She knows exactly what to do, and is clearly very experienced. If you get the chance to book with an appointment with her, you must! She is the best therapist I have ever been to. At the end you get a chance to give feedback and consult with your therapist. They also give you chocolate, which is lovely.
I have also seen Eric, and he is awesome as well.

I went in for my very first buccal face massage and this was a great experience.
From start to finish there was clear communication, it was the perfect amount of pressure and my face feels so light afterwards. Thank you so much exige I really enjoyed my time!
