I really enjoyed Dylan the therapist. I admittedly missed a few appointments over a period of time. Each time I paid a progressively steeper fee for missing. I seem to remember the first one being 50, the next one was 99 or 100. The last time the receptionist mentioned the fee would be 135 for missing the appointment. I appreciate time is worth money. My sessions were only 15-20 minutes. A static charge would have had a bit more integrity. And 135 for 20 minutes was more than a bit much. It feels a little like a conveyor belt and is quite impersonal. Dylan is wonderful but it felt like initially the service was focused and the sessions were at least 30 minutes. Then it just kept feeling faster and faster. The reason for my one star is that progressively charging your clients more money for a missed appointment t felt a bit like price gouging. Impersonal, too pricey. Beware before committing.

I was referred to Tim at Core Physio after I had a bad fall and experienced months of hip pain and discomfort. In just a few sessions my problem was diagnosed, treated, followed up on, recommended exercises…my baseline and quality of life was returned. I am so grateful to Tim and the whole accomodating and always friendly team at Core Physio. Highly recommend!

I’ve recommended him to friends, family, and colleagues, and every one of them has had outstanding results. The front desk staff are also incredibly kind, helpful, and efficient, making every visit a seamless experience. I can’t recommend Ian and Core Physio highly enough.

I highly recommend Calgary Core Physio. My first experience was amazing. Brad Merkley is so incredibly thorough in his diagnosis and so skilled with his techniques and modalities. I have severe hip osteoarthritis and I am simply amazed at how much better my walking/moving is after just one visit and how much my pain has gone down as well.  I am so looking forward to my next visit. Honestly, Brad has given me hope and my outlook on the future has significantly brightened. And I have to say front end staff are so lovely, very friendly and helpful.

Nicole has been an absolute godsend on my pelvic floor physio journey. She's incredibly warm, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I first saw Nicole for coccyx pain, and thanks to her guidance, I was able to fully rehabilitate within a few weeks. When I became pregnant, I continued seeing Nicole every couple of weeks, and I truly believe her expertise made my pregnancy not just manageable, but surprisingly comfortable. By following her exercise plans, I avoided the typical back, hip, and round ligament pain many experience during pregnancy. One day during my pregnancy, I experienced severe back pain and went to the ER, but the physicians couldn’t determine the cause. I saw Nicole the next day, and she quickly identified it as SI joint pain. She provided targeted solutions that relieved the pain within two days. By following her advice to strengthen the area, the pain never returned—despite doctors warning it could persist throughout pregnancy and even into the postpartum period. I can’t recommend Nicole highly enough to anyone seeking pelvic floor physiotherapy, and especially urge expecting mothers to see her!

I had an excellent experience with Nicole Endicott, the Pelvic Health Physiotherapist. She was kind and thorough in her assessment. She took the time to ask detailed questions to understand the issues I was experiencing, and she was knowledgeable in answering my many questions. I felt that she truly cared about helping me. While an internal pelvic assessment may seem daunting, Nicole was completely professional and guided me through the process which made me feel much more comfortable. Her approach put me at ease and I appreciated how she explained everything along the way. I'm looking forward to following the treatment plan she has created for me and coming back to review my progress in the future.

After my ACL injury on a ski trip, I was in a really tough place both physically and mentally. I had so many questions about my options and the healing process, and I honestly felt lost. I saw Dylan about two weeks after the injury, and after the first session, everything changed. He took his time to answer every single question I had and helped rebuild my confidence in my body. I ended up getting surgery about four months later, and thanks to Dylan, the whole journey felt a lot easier and a lot less overwhelming. He genuinely cares about his patients and always goes the extra mile. Thank you, Dylan!
