To the team at Beddington Nose Creek Physio,
I just wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude to everyone at the clinic. The receptionists are absolutely wonderful — so warm and accommodating, which made every visit feel welcoming.
A special thank you goes to Blair and Dr. Alex. The improvement I’ve experienced in my neck, upper back, and shoulder has been incredible. You’ve helped lift the fog of dizziness and taken away those constant headaches — I can’t thank you enough.
Oh! And I can’t forget Katie — she was amazing too, even if she’s a bit tricky to book.
I’m truly grateful for all the care, support, and expertise. Looking forward to seeing you all again after my knee surgery!

I started to see Nose Creek in 2024. My back pain & balance as well as vision was horrible, especially since I had a concussion. All from a motor vehicle accident. They took me under their wing and it took a bit, but I started to see success! This actually gave me hope and I knew I was in the right place. Blair and his team are great and work as a well oiled machine. They were very supportive when I had my bad days, and boy sometimes they were plenty at the beginning. They cheered me on when I was having my good days. They were very easy to talk to when I had any concerns or questions. It really did change how I look at physiotherapy for rehabilitation. Thanks team! I will never forget you all, and I will most certainly be back. Hope you all enjoyed your smile cookies 🙂

I have been dealing with Blair for over 3-4 months now, and he is amazing to deal with. I’ve seen a huge improvement to my back, shoulders and muscles. He is very knowledgeable, and compassionate. I started going to him after a motor vehicle accident( rear ended). Five start rating and highly highly recommended. Great job Blair, and I look forward to continuing to work with you.

I’ve seen Katie for many years now and I am thrilled with her services. She gives the best deep tissue massage and would highly recommend for anyone who has tension in their back or shoulders. She’s amazing at what she does. I would also like to say all the staff in the front are highly accommodating and super friendly, a great team put together.

Blair and his staff are incredibly awesome.
The whole staff from the front desk to the therapist are incredible. They are helping my fiancee and myself through a major car accident with multiple injuries.

I recently started going to Nose Creek Physio to see Dr. Alexandra Toutant and she is absolutely fantastic! It's so refreshing to be treated by a chiropractor who is as knowledgeable and compassionate as she is. She is thorough, diligent, and has a keen eye for assessment. My relief is usually immediate and the results have been very long-lasting. If you're looking for an exceptional chiropractor, Dr. Toutant is the one for you!

My massage(s) with Katie have been great. At least 12 massages in the last year and no complaints, only kudos. My last massage in January 2025 is an excellent example of the professional, with client history, service Katie provides. She noticed I was walking with a slight limp and asked if I had changed my routine. I had just switched jobs to one with a lot of walking on concrete. The result was a slight change from a maintenance massage to primarily leg work.
