Imran helped me review my work from home set up. I felt the home office was not ergonomically efficient and was referred to HLOT It was easy to work together and they were accommodating to meet my schedule. Imran reviewed my office set up and genuinely took time to get to know me to help provide the best recommendation. He understood I am on the computer for more than 8 hours a day and provided the following suggestion to optimize my work space - foot rest ( I wish I got this sooner) - new mesh chair helped me with my posture -mounted my second screen to provide more desk space and reduce neck strain -ergo wireless mouse (ordered) and mouse pad with wrist support to ease wrist pain -split keyboard -rocketbook to reduce paper waste and have all my notes in one place. This was a personal suggestion, which I appreciated - standing desk add on that I have ordered and waiting on The benefit of these suggestions have made my days more efficient as it alleviates back, neck and wrist pains Highly recommend

To anyone especially with challenges around mental health, such as myself, Jeff is very understanding and compassionate. He helped me gain the confidence to get back to my daily life, to work and improve my social supports. Highly recommend HLOT, As when I have to go through very hard time during my workplace incident. My therapist referred me to HLOT. Jeff has done a good job to help me recover. I am a prospective OT student who was reaching out to different clinical settings to get as much shadowing work done to help guide my decision on if I wanted to pursue OT! Mr. Moolasseril was very quick to respond and foster my learning. I had a wonderful chance to sit down with him and ask questions. He was very transparent and shared a copious amount of information!
