We had a great experience renting a RV from Indie. The vehicle itself was perfect for our trip.
When wie arrived, Vanessa welcomed us. She was very friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the whole process. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure we felt comfortable and well-prepared for our journey. When we returned the camper, she was just as welcoming and made the return process smooth and easy.

My husband and I rented the Solis van, and it was by far the best RV we’ve experienced — and this is our fourth rental! It stood out not only for its well-designed amenities but also for its excellent safety features on the road. The pickup and drop-off process in Calgary was seamless, and the staff couldn’t have been more welcoming. A special thanks to Sai, who was exceptionally professional and efficient!

Amazing trip. Started in Vancouver, to Whistler, Revelstoke, Lake Louise, Banff, and Calgary. Great service in Vancoucer for pick up and drop off in Calgary by Indie Campers staff. RV was clean, reliable ans easy to drive and live in. Great experience with 2 kids (age 8 and 4). Would highly recommend

We rented a Thor van to travel up to Banff and it was great to be able to cook and have accommodations so conveniently! Sai and Vanessa were wonderful and made the check in/out process seamless. We would personally choose to rent a smaller van next time for our needs but would definitely recommend!

We cannot say enough good things about what an amazing experience this was! From the start of our trip where Sai set us up with the necessities for our travel and giving us pointers so that we were ready to hit the road! All along the way we continued to find great features about this vehicle - such a comfortable ride. The tent up top was awesome! We stayed really warm and it ended up being way more comfortable than expected due to the little mattress included. Being able to make our meals on the road, and have all of our items with us for our adventure was the best way of travel. We would ABSOLUTELY choose IndieCampers again and choose the wrangler/popup tent option

The customer service from Sai was great and definitely saved the trip. When we went to pick up our car we were told the car we booked and the stuff that’s supposed to come in the car wasn’t installed. Sai helped provide most of the missing items so we could camp for the 6 days. I wish the company told us that some of the items are missing before we got here to pick up the car. The company definitely needs to organize better and provide more help to the workers at the pick up center in Calgary because they definitely seemed understaffed and they had to run around to make the customers happy.
