I take my son to the speech class every week here. Tracy is super patient and professional! My son really enjoys the class with her. And those homework that Tracy left for us is very helpful too. I do see a lot of progress that my son has made in pronunciation and speech. Now in daycare, he is more confident to talk with his teachers and chat with his peers. Besides, the staff here are very friendly and supportive. I will highly recommend this place!

I am an international student and I joined a few weeks of speech therapy sessions here. My experience has been amazing. The therapist was very patient and supportive. We worked on both articulation and language, and I saw a huge improvement in a short time. My English speaking score improved from 10/100 to 80/100, which I never thought was possible so quickly. Very strangely run business. They get you to e-transfer for the appointment prior to attending and then refuse to give any receipt so then you cannot submit the expense to your benefits. Ridiculous and disappointing. Paid for services on February 21st, 2025 and as of March 12th, 2025 I'm still waiting for a receipt in spite of following up via email twice already (haven't even received a reply).
