JPS Furnace & Air Conditioning

Adam and his crew from JPS Furnace and Air Conditioning Ltd showed up bang on time and got to work immediately with installing my new Daikin Air Conditioning Unit. They were all friendly, professional… and dog friendly. I was told the installation, including testing and system operation instruction, would take about 6 hours. It took exactly 6 hours. They ensured everything worked as it should, and left the area around the installation absolutely spotless. Adam went through the operation of the system and the mobile app that can be used to work the system remotely. The Daikin system is really quiet, and when AC is needed, it quickly cools my place down. It also controls heat and humidity. So far, I’m really happy with my purchase (I chose to finance the purchase with the no interest for 12 months option). I would recommend JPS Furnace and AC Ltd to anyone looking for a great furnace and AC company!

Have been using JPS for 5 years now. They installed central AC in my previous home and I use them now to provide maintenance on my furnaces and central AC in my new home. Amazing customer service. Very responsive, fair pricing and friendly and helpful in answering my questions and showing me what to look out for and what I can do for my own preventative maintenance. Technician Abhishek came today to troubleshoot and he provided a very detailed explanation of the modulating furnace operation philosophy. He was very knowledgeable and very professional, wish he was here the first day to give homeowners the technical lessons (only for the people interested in the technology). To sum up my experience so far (2 weeks) with this modulating furnace and A/C and the service call, I would recommend JPS.

I had a wonderful experience having a new AC unit and new air filtration system installed with JPS. The Sales Rep (Cam), the Scheduler and the Techs (Dakota and Daman) were extremely professional, friendly and informative every step of the way. The unit they installed in one day (were super clean about it) and it has been hassle free, is whisper quiet and keeps our house at the perfect temp. JPS has a great warranty service and are focused on ensuring the optimal performance of unit, which is a big plus for me—I like highly recommend them.

Thank you to the JPS team, Hayden and Gail were great, very professional and did a wonderful job installing things, answering questions, explaining things and keeping things clean. Cam was also very helpful in answering questions and getting us the right selection on an A/C. We had used JPS in our previous house for the A/C install and the maintenance package on it and our furnace and have had a great overall experience with them. Highly recommend them to anyone!

UPDATE - We officially have central AC and the installation team led by Ramandeep Singh, both men were polite, tidy and went about their work with minimal disruption. The Electrical team arrived midday and where every bit as good; they were in and out quickly. They offered to explain the Electric Capacity requirements to me but I passed on that; it’s code so has to looked at … my understanding of it would be pointless and not needed The unit is running and it is so quiet that our enjoyment of late night wine on the balcony will not be compromised … and that is important! Very Very Very happy with JPS and the equipment they installed ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We have not yet accepted the proposal for our new central AC but dealing with Kyle Van Bakel at the proposal stage has been amazing! He knew the business and what would be involved, left all of the information we need to make a final decision. So far so good, and our neighbour’s recommend JPS so that helps as well.

Adam and his crew were very courteous and respectful with our family and home. There were very knowledgeable of what they were installing and talked us through everything. Before they left they made sure we understand how to use the new thermostat and app. We would definitely recommend them and will be using them in the future for other projects.
