Knibbe Automotive Repair

This was my first time at Knibbe Automotive, and I was really impressed. I came in for a service inspection, oil change, and new tires, and the whole experience was smooth and stress-free. JB was super helpful—friendly, honest, and took the time to explain everything clearly. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and the work they do. I’ll definitely be coming back and plan to use them regularly going forward. Highly recommend!

Knibbe did wonderful work on my vehicle. They are very honest and incredibly friendly. I have been to at least a dozen private mechanics and dealerships around the city and have been constantly disappointed or scammed. Knibbe definitely did not disappoint. This will be the only shop I bring my vehicle to ever again.

Amazing service! I needed a second opinion on my car as I was not sold on what my dealership had said and then quoted. I don’t have my own ‘garage’ so I asked a friend and they suggested Knibbe as they had heard good things. From the first call the service was great. Every time I asked questions they walked me through everything. Their quote was not far off what my dealership provided for the same thing, but it included other issues that were more serious. The process of drop off, shuttle, updates and until pickup were seamless. I loved that they showed myself and each customer before me their old parts and explained everything. It was a learning experience. They definitely are doing that right for those of us who are not car savvy. I have an older car and slowly things are going wrong with it, so going forward this will be my go to garage. Thanks for making what I feel is never a pleasant experience, very pleasant. Thanks!

Went for a seasonal check up, staff specifically Shawn is very polite, and friendly. I left my car around 9 am and by 4 pm it was ready for me. Pricing is fair and transparent. Totally worth to drive all way from downtown to Crowfoot

I apologize for this late review but better late than never. I would definitely recommend Knibbe to anyone! Such great service. I greatly appreciate the time that Sean took to explain every detail in the quote/estimate and what items were most important vs least important. I greatly appreciate their honesty and openess to help! I also loved how Sean showed me the parts that were replaced and why. The team at Knibbe are very knowledgeable, kind, and supportive. I am so grateful to Fred and the staff here. I was in Calgary from BC for a family funeral and had car issues. They were so understanding as it was Friday and we had an 8 hour drive back to BC on Monday. They got my car in for service, a shuttle to where I was staying and got my car back same day. I can drive back through the mountains knowing I’ll be getting my family home safe. A huge shout out of gratitude to this team for being supportive in an already stressful time. Just had Knibbe perform routine service on my Mazda. I was given a ride to/from my house. The service was handled promptly and professionally. No surprises and excellent customer care. A little expensive, but zero aggravation. That's what I'm looking for in an automotive repair shop. Straight shooting, helpful and respectful interaction. Recommended.
