I've been a longtime Lagree fan and have attended almost 200 classes. Kim is an absolute gem of a human and the Lagree experience has been fantastic. This is consistently a challenging workout that supports my other athletic pursuits. The low impact nature of Lagree has been great when I have been dealing with minor injuries. Every instructor has been so welcoming and they make classes so fun. I also love that the focus is always on building strength, endurance, and flexibility and taught without emphasis on 'bikini bodies' or weight loss. Highly recommend!

Sara is an awesome instructor! I fell in love with Lagree from the moment I walked in because of the great atmosphere. Everyone was kind, welcoming and helpful. I tried the Light-Full Body and found it very accessible considering I am uncoordinated and used to doing yoga not gym exercises.

My favourite strength workout to keep me in shape especially for downhill skiing and mountain biking. Love the eccentric muscle loading with the slow returns. I also really appreciate the ability to buy multi-pack passes without the set monthly renewal fees.

If you love your workouts and have never tried this, you need to go! Such a hard workout in such a different way and also great for rehab and injury prevention.

Had a great first experience and Pilates class here. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Facilities were modern and clean. Engaging and motivating workout that really targeted the core and stability.
