Very bad way of talking to the new customers. The day i called their office to consult since this immigration office was suggested by my cousin so i called them the other day and the receptionist or whoever was that girl picked up the call first was nice but then she forward my call to a guy who sounds like a angry man who doesn’t have manners to talk to their clients like he literally started the conversation by saying " haa das ki hoya" very unprofessional and didn’t even give me any consultation.
