First and foremost I would like to thank Brian and his assistant Michelle for everything they have done for me. My accident happened in 2018. Brian and his team worked hard for me and we got a settlement the beginning of June 2025. Over the course of the years in between the support of Brian and Michelle were second to none. The compassion and humanity shown from them when life got hard was something I have never experienced before. Losing my father amid this trying time, both Brian and Michelle were there, not from a client perspective, but from a compassionate and caring perspective. Brian and Michelle were always a call away whether it was from me as a client, or if I was in a bad head space and needed someone to talk to and listen. Brian and Michelle over the years have made me feel more like family then just another client. Words can not describe what these two individuals have done for me, if it was not for them I wouldn’t be here right now. Thank you so very much. I used Brian Conway 20 years ago as I was in a car accident. I could not of had a better lawyer. Brian is kind and has a heart of gold. He is extremely thorough in-every aspect of his practice. We went to court for my accident and Brian had me so prepared In every way. I don’t think there was a question the opposition asked that I didn’t answer the way he trained me. He told me not to loose my temper but I think I may have gotten a little upset on my summary on the stand. . Brian Conway is, without a doubt, the best accident lawyer in Calgary—maybe even in Canada. He’s helped us with two accident claims, and both times, the insurance companies did everything they could to pay the bare minimum, but Brian went above and beyond, not just meeting but exceeding our expectations, and getting us awarded more than we had initially anticipated! His experience in this field is incredible, and it really shows. He catches even the tiniest details most people would overlook, and that made all the difference in our cases. He genuinely listens, cares about his clients, and knows exactly how to handle difficult opposition. His team is just as amazing—super kind, responsive, and always there to help. It's great how most reviews are positive, however in my opinion, if you can find another law firm...DO IT! After 9 years..almost 10 of going through my case with Conway Law firm I was beyond stressed out. the results of my case were disappointing to me and I'm sure they know. Communication could've been better, I felt like I constantly had to reach out to Brian for updates. To make things short do some shopping around and look at other law firms. It was a win for Conway law firm but not for me, I've heard good things from other law firms in Calgary and it's best to explore your options.

A week ago today, I was involved in mediation to bring to resolution to an almost 8 year chapter of my life. A chapter that thankfully involved Brian Conway, and his Assistant/Admin team Michelle, and Aileen. Brian has had a long career (35 years) in Personal Injury Law, and he knows his stuff.
